We've been using Jemca for nearly 2 decades, to both buy our nearly new cars and for our annual service. We were very pleased with the service. However over the past 3 years Jemma's service has been... See more

TOYOTA READING --V GOOD SERVICE
Thanks salesman Paul !
Jemca - Lexus Reading
Salesman who didn't return emails or phone calls. Missile add on services like tyre insurance and smart repairs.
Service team who I was unable to contact by phone and don't reply to emails.
I would not use them.
Booked a test drive appointment at Jemca in Edgware Road. Turned up on time. They kept my wife and I waiting for 20 minutes with very little information, only once acknowledging that we were waiting and in reception. Awful service, particularly as we need to buy a car this month.
Edgware Road
This is about a car I brought from Jemca Edgware Road coming up to 2 years ago and what I have learnt about the car they sold me.
- called to ask if would be able to come and view (have day and time) told yes, got there told oh sorry it’s not here at the moment you will have to come back.
- MOT - sold as no faults but when investigated on next not noticed the same problems came up on the not a year later as the one before they did there’s to sell it to me
- was going to sell car with serious fault as exhaust was not attached, was told they would order part and I then could bring it back and they would fix it in a couple of hours. Came when they told me to and then sat around for three hours to be told, no it’s going to take a few days. I will admit after some debate they did get me a minicab to get back home but was left without a car for a week whilst they fixed it and to this day am sometimes unsure if they did it completely right.
Recently the catalytic converter from our Toyota car was removed from our family car within 60 seconds! The incident was very distressing and caused a great deal of inconvenience.
Once JEMCA Croydon got involved they explained the procedure and kept me fully informed throughout.
Photographs were taken at each stage and a catalytic lock was also installed.
Olivia Haywood and Arnie Gauci answered all my questions on the phone and replied to all my emails promptly. Arnie took some time-out to phone me and explain the function of the different type of bolts and why this cat lock can be a very effective deterrent.
Arnie even invited me to visit and offered to put the car on a ramp and explain the repair in detail!
All in all, I found the service very professional and friendly.
This company truly deserves a 5 star rating.
I’ve been a customer of Jemca Toyota in Edgware Road London for over 20 years and have bought four cars from them. My current car, less than a year old had suffered some body damage from my garage gate at my own hand and I must compliment Jemca and particular Dawid Mazurkiewicz their Bodyshop advisor. Toyota provided a courtesy car of almost the exact model as my own and also practically new. The repair took several weeks and Dawid assured me I’d get my car back if and only if he was satisfied with the work. Needless to say, the repair is perfect. At the time my car was ready for collection I was suffering from a chest infection and Dawid very kindly delivered to car back to me personally and took care of the paperwork.
