Don’t go to these guys at Enfield expecting some give and take if you’re looking for a new car! They offered me a part exchange at £2000 below book value. Very arrogant used car manager who just wouldn’t budge and spoke to me with nothing less than disdain. Lovely salesman looking after me but no chance of a deal with the disgusting attitude of the one valuing part exchanges.

I came in looking to make a deal and it was abundantly clear that I would have to be the only one making concessions. Had I agreed to the deal, I would have been severely out of pocket and you guys would have done extremely well out of the deal. I don’t like being treated like an idiot or an insignificant and I’m afraid your used car manager did both.

I took my Toyota Yaris to Jemca Toyota Bromley on November 28, 2024, for a heating issue. I was told a warranty claim had been submitted, but after two months of chasing updates in freezing temperatures, I found out this was a lie—no claim had ever been made.
After escalating to Toyota GB, my car was finally taken in on February 10, 2025, and held for nearly two weeks. Each time I asked for a completion date, it was pushed back. This forced me to cancel lessons, lose income, and repeatedly chase updates.
I returned on March 13, 2025, with clear written instructions regarding:
Climate control still faulty – Always blows hot air above 15°C, only cold on Low, forcing me to turn it off every 2 minutes.
Engine rattle still present – Toyota GB said it was fixed, Jemca said nothing was done. Noise remained.
Loose bolt still present – Told it was removed and tightened—yet it’s still rolling around under my cupholder.
I was assured a follow-up call from their manager on March 18, 2025—no one ever called. I also wasted a full day of work, three hours traveling, and £10 in transport costs.
Jemca Toyota Bromley Cannot Be Trusted
They have lied, wasted months of my time, and failed to resolve basic issues.
I’ve now requested Toyota GB assign a different dealership because I refuse to let Jemca Bromley touch my vehicle again. If you value honest service and accountability, stay away.
Think twice before trusting Jemca Toyota Bromley.

Mukesh has been amazing in getting us to our new car. Just a mention that this is my 3rd car from Toyota and it’s because of Mukesh and the teams brilliant and positive approach that I’m here today collecting keys to a brand new Aygo X. We had the most helpful person in Elliot who explained the difference between what the service department do and the body shop. Booked the car in promptly and also offered a courtesy car at short notice. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be and to top it all they even delivered our car and collected the courtesy car! Awesome awesome - thank you and keep up the service levels!

On arrival we were warmly greeted by Dee. We were offered tea or coffee and shown to the seating area, which was clean and comfortable, and had lovely chat with Dee who made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Amazing customer service

First of all it’s really hard to book appointments.secondly after waiting for month time I took car for investigation for engine light on and off and to investigate few more noise issue coming through front wheel.been advised that there will be changes for three separate investigations.i was happy to pay all those changes and left car .after one and half days they come up with saying that they suspect that (not100%sure)head gasket is gone ans quote me £5164 for repair.without proper investigation done.and didn’t even bother to look into another issues.when I asked them about investigation they have done then they have no answer than they suspect that .wasted my time and money.used to trust all those years but that trust is broken.absolutely unacceptable service

I am extremely disappointed with Toyota’s customer service. No matter which channel I use—phone, email, or even visiting in person—getting a clear answer is nearly impossible. They either don’t respond at all or give vague, unhelpful replies.
To make matters worse, despite buying a brand-new car from an official Toyota dealer just two months ago, they now want to charge me just to check a faulty part! This is absolutely unacceptable for a vehicle still under warranty. Instead of standing behind their products, they seem more interested in squeezing every last penny out of customers.
Toyota’s reputation for reliability means nothing if their service is this poor. I expected much better, and I will seriously reconsider buying from them again.

I took my car for a service and MOT. The tech didn’t check my tyre pressures which I found to be 2bar rather than 2.4 bar and when I collected my car the alarm was sounding whenever I locked it. The tech wasn’t interested in looking at it and I found that that the alarm switch under the bonnet had been dislodged by the tech. When I booked a waiting appointment I was told it would take 3.5 hours - it took 5.5 hours. This was on the 19 February - I asked to renew my service plan and to date have no confirmation that it has been renewed. I will not be entrusting my car to Jemca Sidcup again. I have also experienced problems with them in the past when my car was recalled for a new fuel pump - on two occasions they called me the day before my appointment to say they didn’t have the replacement part

I had a test drive last month at the Enfield branch and the operative was helpful in showing me how an automatic worked and whether the car would fit in my driveway. However I was unsure whether to go ahead with a sale as I had only just begun to try out different cars. I was persuaded by this person to put a deposit down of £500 and was reassured it would be fully refunded to me once I got clear about the sale. I rang the next day and informed the operative I was not ready to go ahead with the sale and would like a refund. I was told it would take 7-10 working days. It is now 15 working days later and I have heard nothing. I sent my bank details twice. I have emailed the manager and still heard nothing. I am not happy with this customer service, and the lack of following through what was promised to me. I do not have any confidence in Jemca now because I cannot trust they are true to their word.
Update - I called the manager after 21 working days and he informed me the payment had only been put through the day before. I then received my deposit back the following day.

I bought my car at Toyota Sidcup and the staff were fantastic and gave me a brilliant attention and support with my new car. My sales man Richard was the best sales man i could always ask for when next i want to replace my car. I purchased a car from Toyota Jemca Enfield in March 2023.
Firstly, the salesman who processed my purchase ordered the wrong interior for the car, which I only noticed upon collecting it. The company was helpful and offered two complimentary services as a gesture of goodwill.
However, my experience continued to be frustrating. During my first service last year, the right front protection of my car was scratched while being repaired by Jemca. I raised the issue, and while they did fix it, this created significant inconvenience for me, as I had to make multiple trips to Enfield to drop off and pick up the car.
Most recently, I've been trying to book my second complimentary service. The company has been unhelpful and rude, offering me an appointment time I cannot attend and another one after my MOT expires.
Every interaction with them has left me feeling frustrated. I would recommend buying from a different Toyota dealer if you can.
