Disgusting Company, I got some AI PODS & my Mobile wouldn't let me download the Software. So I returned them.
Now to start with they was giving me different Tracking codes when I asked for it, Now yes they gave Klarna the amount that they cost
Klarna put the payment I had to pay
as I let them know how Jemimashali was been by email. But did they give me the Return money no they didn't. Even tho they asked for proof that I'd payed the amount it
cost to ship them back. Klarna told me they should of given me A Return slipped as it shouldn't of cost me anything.
So don't buy from Jemimashali ever not a good company. An by the review stars 🌟 a can see many of us agree.

If I could out zero stars I would.
Recieved a product after waiting weeks for delivery, then after 3 mo the it broke. Contacted support who didn't even take in what I was saying and offered £2 as a refund, the product cost £24, which also in the first instance they over charged me and I had to chase that too before even receiving my product.

The items weren’t as good quality but where ok , the sizes weee much smaller that advertised , don’t bother trying to return anything. I’m trying to return a £15 item , they have said you will have to send it back to china , which will be expensive so they have offered me £3 and keep the item , so far we are up to £6 ….

Customer service appalling and refused to allow return for refund !! AVOID!!!

I order a top in medium size and although the top was marked as such, it was definitely a very large and was even too large for my husband. I requested a return but they offered me £2 instead.
The article is not of high quality and I would definitely avoid ordering anything from this supplier, needless to say they have lost any future orders from me and my circle of friends who I will pass the information on to

Paid£52 for two sweatshirts , when they eventually arrived they were not the quality I expected and they didn’t fit, so tried to return them the same day as I got them , emailed asking for their returns address as advised To on their website . They deal with you via email and would not give me the address for returns , several days of offers from them to compensate me - they started at £4. Then Went up to £13 , I explained that they were obliged to allow me to return items for a full refund within 14 days but they were clearly in china as only emailed me early morning , then it’s been going on to and fro all week with various small offers then a flat we can’t help you anymore than £13 which I refused , outrageous and a SCAM company . Buyer beware do not use this company . SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY

Ordered a lipstick in November. Tracking to a certain point and then nothing. Contacted company who fobbed me off, telling me item on its way. Still nothing and now being told I have to pay for shopping for them to send it again. Telling me it was returned from my local post office even though it never reached there. £15 down this company is a SCAM

I ordered 2 sets of Hair-Catchers for the washing machine. Firstly, they overcharged me by £4, but when I complained, they refunded the £4.
There was supposed to be 3 hair catchers in each set. When my order arrived, there was one tiny, flimsy Jiffy bag that was ripped open and only 1 hair catcher inside. Truthfully, I don’t think you could fit 6 in that tiny package. I have repeatedly emailed them, but have not had a satisfactory response: out of £16 paid, they first offered £1 refund, then after a few emails offered £4. I refused, saying I either wanted the missing 5 catchers, or a refund. They then stopped communicating with me. I am furious and will NEVER buy anything from these fraudsters again.

Having placed an order back in November for a Christmas present. It is now 3rd January and after constant chasing and emails, I have still not received the items.
I have received 3 emails stating that the order was delivered but it was not.
I have sent screenshots of doorbell footage. I have contacted the post office and nothing. All I seem to be getting is an AI auto response that provides no information or resolution!

Scam company, avoid at all costs. Takes your money, do not expect item to be delivered- they just drag the time to walk away with your money

Glad I looked beyond the first page of glowing reviews. The usual Chinese company the usual complaints about added tax, poor customer service and no refunds etc. really is worth checking Trustpilot.

Joke of a company. Simple explanation , order a product, wrong product and now is my fault and need to send it back to China and pay the cost to send it back. They lying, don’t even know what product they selling. They trap you with their excuses. I hope everyone opens their eyes and avoid them.

Indestructible dog toys lasted a few minutes. Arms, legs fluff and plastic all over the floor. Such bad quality a hamster would have no problem pulling them apart let alone ‘heavy chewers’
Can’t get hold of company, just an email that keeps directing you back to the website. Trying to get money back through PayPal.

I bought 3 toys for 'heavy chewers' o gave my dog the duck, he didn't even get to try to chew it she shook it and the head came off, another shake and the squeak fell out. He had it about 3 minutes.

Very poor product. Strong anti chew dog toy lasted about 5 mins. Service poor just emails skirting around their shoddy products and trying to dodge refund

i brought two dog toys and the advert states invincible not the case my cockapoo chewed both toys straight away if they rip it we replace it is the statement they use thats fine but you cant get hold of them. going through paypal to get my money back

Do not purchase anything from this company. I have offered to send toy back as my puppy has destroyed a toy which is apparently indestructible in less than 5 mins. Similar to other comments. Stupid emails apologising and telling me they will try harder but no refund!

Would be zero stars for the "indestructible" dog toy. Damaged in ten minutes, destroyed in 2 hours. Complaints/returns process ridiculously complicated, supposedly offer an indestructible guarantee. Would add photos if it was possible

Advertised the dog toy as indestructible for heavy chewers yet my little terrier destroyed it in under 10 minutes. Ear already hanging off and leg showing stuffing.
This was from a Instagram advert and they are falsely advertising the product. Should avoid and we will be seeking a refund but not hopeful based on the reviews below.
