This company is a rip off; I ordered shoes and sizes are not compatible to the US. I ordered size 10 shoes and received a a size 8. I asked for return and they send me an address to China; They advise not to return it and they will plant a tree for you; It is non sense

This company is fraud, not a real company
DO NOT purchase from this retailer. Their company is fraud, truly, I’m not sure how they are still operating. I ordered a paid of shoes in March, the shoes I received were the same color as the picture but clearly not the same shoes. Different proportions different sizing. Seemed like a regular company, and four weeks later I still hadn’t received the shoes. So I looked into it and it was coming from China under a Chinese shipping label. I tried to reach out and asked to cancel or ask how long it would take, and they gave me fluff answers about not knowing the exact delivery timing. And when I looked at the website, nothing indicated it was coming from out of the country. So when I received them, I went back to say I wanted to return, and that these aren’t what I ordered, and even though it says on the website that refunds are absolutely possible they wouldn’t let me refund. They kept not giving me a straight answer, it was literally like when you get an email or a phone call of spam. So I disputed the credit card charge, because I didn’t want to deal with it, and I finally get a response from the credit card company almost 2 months later saying that it couldn’t be refunded. Their company straight lied my credit card company, which is Citibank by the way, included the correspondence between Jennifer, John Charleston, and the credit card and it was some random printout that had nothing to do with me, that looks like complete spam. And then there was some recordkeeping at the end that clearly wasn’t written in English originally that said there was no back-and-forth between me and their company, when I have proof of about 10 emails back-and-forth. It has been four months from start to finish and I still don’t have this resolved, between emails, follow ups, calls to the bank, I’ve touched this probably 40 times. I am so freaking sick of it I can’t even tell you. If there’s a way to report a company as fraud, I would do it, but I don’t even wanna touch this anymore. It’s absolutely bizarre.

The shirt I received looks nothing like the one pictured. Costumer service assured me it was. I’m positive it is not. I was offered a 10% refund for returning this item. This company is a China based warehouse that everything is run through. Hard lesson learned.

Well, here I go. I was SO excited about my Jennifer & John's order. Long story, short. Received merchandise. One pair of shoes are defected (strap missing). Been trying to return for weeks and keep getting AI generated messages. I should have taken heed to the negative reviews, especially the one about products being shipped from Asia. Nonetheless, $60 later; super annoyed and disappointed, here I post. I'm sure the response to this post will be AI generated, but please if there is a person at JJ - a refund is warranted and I'm sure you can agree that $60 can be better spent rather than giving it to a company with defective products.

PLEASE do not order from this company. It’s another clothing knockoff scam where an American business contracts with cheap, massive overproducers in Asia or Indonesia. My wife bought 4 dresses from this site…
My wife bought 4 dresses from this site and only one had a tag in it. They were all made for a short fat person and were too wide for my wife.
When we went to the site to arrange a return the site was blocked by my fraud detection. Now I cannot even set up a return.

DONT BUY, SCAM, I bought a pair of shoes they came like 3 weeks later, quality is so cheap, even the little detail on the shoes are so bad, that I wanted my money back, they say if youre not happy they refund no question asks, but they did ask questions and then they sent me a replacement I never wanted a replacement I wanted my money back so they ended up offering me a 15% refund and to keep the shoes that are going in the trash, or pay for the shipping back to China about $35. I did file A report with the BBB. And a claim with my bank.

SCAM- Please DO NOT order from this site
Please do not purchase from this site. The look of the items that you purchase are not how they present. Qualify is awful and most clothes didn’t even have an inside designer tag or size. What’s worse is their guaranteed return policy. The items are shipped from overseas (don’t be mislead by the name (Jennifer & John Charleston)and they will not provide you with any US return location or address. Initially, it took multiple email attempts to even have them acknowledge that I wanted to make a return and offered me a 5-10% discount to keep them, not any option for return. After weeks of waiting for responses and their meager attempts to discount the clothes instead of allowing a return, they made me an offer of 20% with no money ever returned to me. I threw away all the clothes. You would be better off purchasing clothes at a dollar store if you want improved quality and a better deal. I feel like this site is a complete scam from start to finish. Please take my advice and order nothing from here. I never remark on any site with negative complaints, but my experience here was worthy of pointing out to all potential consumers. You will not be happy with the clothes, and you will never get your money back or an opportunity to return them. I’m convinced that this site is a SCAM and any positive reviews are from their own internal marketing. No one would say that these clothes, shoes, and accessories are 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 star. Sadly 0 stars is not an option. My next email is to the Better Business Bureau. I have never reported anyone, but I will find a way to help to safeguard others from my experience.

Ordered shoes back in 4/16/26 and still have not received order, 3 months later. I purchased these items thinking in was a company based in the US. WRONG they are shipping from China. They’re using as excuse that the delivery company can’t find my address. I’ve given them my address over and over again , no success. I told them to use FedEx, UPS or Post Office. I’ve requested a refund numerous times. Guess I’m out $100.00. Company a total deceptive rip-off.

Do not buy from this company. Read the reviews. The company is a big scam. The clothing is very cheaply made in China. If you have to return something, which you will want to, you have to return at your own expense but they will not issue you a refund. Not only am I out the money for the clothing but the expense of shipping it back to China. The company refuses to issue me any credit, while the clothes are stuck in China customs. There is nothing I can do but hopefully I will save someone else from wasting their money
