I placed an order with Jenniiva for two custom items, paid for DHL Express, she said this is DDP, means I don’t need to pay any fee on delivery ), and was promised fast delivery to Portugal. They used UPS instead, sent the package as DDU (unpaid duties, making me to pay +143€), underdeclared the value, and only listed one item. I never received my order because of these customs issues. I asked for proper documentation and a refund, but they kept ignoring my messages or giving false information, saying tha upS have false/wrong receipt . Complete lack of responsibility. Avoid this store. Payment made on 20 June, today is 07/08/2025,
