Jepsons's are a real find
Ordered two items in their current sale - initially over the phone then on line. Found the staff member very helpful and knowledgeable. The items were received very quickly and I am very pleased with them. Prompt emails and delivery. Well parcelled. However, the receipt inside the parcel was not mine. It was for a different order in the south of England. Quite a poor Data Protection issue.

Thank you for the review and I do apologies for the wrong packing slip being included in your parcel. This is a simple human error at the packing station, however the packing slip is NOT a receipt and contains NO payment,
confidential/private information or even the customers email address, so there is no possible data protection issue.

Valuable independent shop
We love Jepsons, both men and women’s shops.
We don’t shop in there as often as we’d like however, Christmas and birthdays for both men and women in our family, this is our go to.
Staff cannot do enough to help, and are so friendly and welcoming. It is so important to support these small businesses and in doing so we keep our little town alive!
