Portugal kit

I had placed an order for a personalized jersey for a Christmas present. Unfortunately it arrived without the personalization, however when I contacted customer service they were quick to resolve the situation and make everything right given the challenge on timing for the holidays. I appreciated this. My son was also very happy with his gift from “Santa”. He wears his kit very often! A note that the sizing was a bit big for him (I ordered on the larger side) but it seemed a shrink a bit after several washes and drying, and sizing ended up being perfect.

Avoid if you can

Avoid if you can. Item took 2 weeks longer to arrive than the stated timescale. Customer Service not very helpful. When the item did arrive, it didn’t fit and customer service would only offer me an exchange which they wanted me to pay for the processing fee for.

Ordered a football top on the 5th of…

Ordered a football top on the 5th of February and still nothing has come. They supposedly sent out another on at end of February and still no sign of that one. Doesn't seem legit at all. I have now asked for my money back as it does not look like I will ever get that football top! Absolute disgrace.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service and support. I had no info on my order for over a month. And was ignored when I tried to contact them. So I wrote a honest review on here and THAT’S WHEN THEY DECIDED TO ANSWER! They tried to bribe me with a discount to take down my review. But I refused.

Jersey d’Or always seems to get it…

Jersey d’Or always seems to get it right when it comes to customer service. I ordered three shirts as gifts for a few friends and needed to exchange one for a different size. Within less than a few hours of reaching out, they’d not only provided a quick solution, but went above and beyond to ensure I received the item in time. I can’t speak enough to how helpful they were in getting me sorted, and their speed in getting the issue resolved. I’m a longterm customer that continues to come back because of their reliability and quality of the shirts.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I ordered a track suit as a gift and the size ended up not fitting. I had issues with the exchange policy and Jersey D’Or was very flexible and accommodating. They resolved everything quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I did my research to find a reliable…

I did my research to find a reliable company to get a jersey from. The one I ordered did not fit but once I contacted support they were very helpful and sent me the correct one with only needed to pay a small fee and I did not have to return the smaller one. I am excited to see my new jersey!

Do not use! Take your money and £9.99 extra for faster delivery and it’s still slow! And you heating nothing from them unless you chase them! Still don’t have what I ordered!!!

Great quality football Jerseys

I recently purchased three jerseys and unfortunately two were a bit tight. I contacted the store and they replied that they would replace them with larger size if I paid packing and shipping costs and to keep the originals, it was a very generous offer which I of course took. This company supplies a really first class product at unbeatable prices. I am very happy with Jersey d’or and would recommend to anyone.

First shirt ordered did not fit

First shirt ordered did not fit. The company sent a free replacement, with just paying a processing fee which was a great alternative.

You do not receive updates on shipping, but other than that the customer service is great.

Disappointing

Firstly, I ordered the jersey for my husband for Christmas. Upon opening the gift, it didn't fit him but fit our 14 year old son. The size ordered was a 2XL. After washing it a couple of times the transfer on the front of the shirt is peeling off. I contacted customer service, they only stated policy of being returned within 14 days and that they could not help me. I will never use this service again.
