Order never shipped and after multiple promises by Jersey Loco to refund - we are now four months after date of order with no refund.

Ordered 2 jerseys on Dec 21. Finally shipped on Jan 4 and arrived on Jan 8. They were too small. started an exchange (on the exchange page, they say they run small and to order 1-2 sizes up. might have been nice to say that on the ordering page. I paid the shipping back and submitted the tracking number on the exchange page. I got confirmation of delivery to them on Jan 14. On Feb 2, I received an exchange credit and placed the replacement order. they shipped the order on Feb 16 and it arrived on Feb 19. unfortunately, it only contained one of the 2 shirts ordered. I sent an email regarding this and on Feb 26, got an email that they would send the missing jersey. multiple emails back and forth and no jersey. For the past 2 weeks, they have stopped responding to my emails. On 3/20, I attempted to call, text and chat. on the chat for 45 min and no response. I literally counted how many emails/interactions with them and I am up to 43.

This is exactly what I am talking about.... In the response to this review, they asked for my order information and said they would get on it immediately. I provided information and 2 weeks later.... nothing. If they would ever send my second jersey, I will update my review.

My brother ordered a jersey and had everything perfect, the stitching and detail was amazing. The process of shipping and tracking was easy and fast overall amazing quality and everything was great will be buying form them again soon

The guys at Jersey loco are super friendly and very quick to respond. They have deals going on all the time. I don’t buy jerseys anywhere else.

Please be warned, don’t patronize this company, they are scammers. I am yet to receive my order, order #176346.I placed an order February 12, am yet to received it. They never respond to email or pickup calls.

Great experience, ordered a mystery jersey and received a high quality LAFC jersey. The process of tracking and placing the order was super simple and was able to track my order with ease. Definitely ordering from here again, highly recommend!

I order a jersey in November for a Christmas present. The order per the postmark did not ship until Jan 1. I then have attempted to return the jersey based on their return policy which is a the customers costs. They are now stating that I did not sent it properly even though I have a tracking number showing they received it. They will not return my money. I am out the cost of the jersey plus the cost of the shipping back. Do not use this company. Terrible customer service.

Every time I order from Jersey loco I always get exactly what I ordered. The jerseys are authentic and at very very good price and the delivery is very fast. I completely recomment jersey loco to all my friends and I will order from them again and again

Last October I ordered a jersey for my grandson. There was a glitch on the website. Every time I tried to click on the discount offer it brought me back to reordering it again. On the third try I clicked on the offer first and it went through. However, the previous two tries were also ordered. I left a message and someone got back to me and canceled the two previous orders. However, I was still charged for all three. I have tried to contact them numerous times and they never respond. I will never order from them again!

Still waiting for a refund for a jersey that was supposed to be delivered for a Christmas gift and never made it. They keep telling me they’ll return the refund but nothing. Stay away from them
