70 days after order was and still not arrived. They are now not answering my emails

I ordered football shirts from Jerseys4All and waited over two months to receive them. While the product quality was excellent, the customer support was terrible. Emails often went unanswered, and when they did respond, the replies were vague and unhelpful. After two months waiting for my shipment, They informed me that a refund would be issued which I never received it and tracking information was inconsistent, adding to the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company as a reliable option. Their great products are completely overshadowed by their lack of communication and poor service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Made a purchase on 23 September (8 weeks ago) and it still has not arrived. When you ask for a refund they persist that your order will arrive. When I finally demanded my money they say "Please note our refund policy below but as we value you as our customer we are pleased to offer you a special 40% refund."

In other words, I'm not getting all my money back on an order I made nearly 2 months ago. Do NOT buy from here. They don't know who to value someone's time/money.

I placed my order 45+ days ago and had little to no updates on when it would be here apart from there other company has no further tracking. I have asked for a refund but I’m guessing that will likely be a no due to seeing other peoples responses. I would steer clear of this company

Ordered on 10 September , been over 2 months had one e-mail a month ago saying they would sort it out but nothing since .Have messaged them with no reply. Scam do not order from this company .

Over two months since order placed with no delivery, no tracking number or response to any emails, its a scam..

Ordered on the 29th of September and still nothing. Many emails sent and very little feedback, got a reply this morning saying there was a holdup with customs but not worry my jerseys were on the way and I will have them in 2 weeks, the only problem is I recieved the exact same email over 2 weeks ago and still nothing! Avoid this company

Ordered 12 weeks ago and no delivery. Have emailed twice and been ignored! Don’t know how to get my money back and they have no social media either

Please avoid the headache, I ordered 9 September and still nothing has come through, and they are not responding to my emails.

Been awaiting over 6 weeks for my item and have now written 5 emails to which they haven’t replied to one. I want my refund processed. Do not buy from the company. Stay well well away!!!!

Bought a jersey for my boyfriend here for his birthday, over 2 months later and still nothing. I’ve sent countless emails asking for an update and their ‘ proof of shipping’ to me was a photo of parcels stacked up in a room. Bar this one email I have had all my emails ignored . I the. Took to TikTok to message influencers that had promoted the compan to advise them of this scam. Major scam.

Ordered a jersey on the 26th of September it is 14th of November now still hasnt arrived emailed multiple times no reply back stay away scam

I ordered a top in August, October and November I contacted them asking for a refund as unlikely my top would arrive. In November 15 weeks after orderingI was offered only 40% as a valued .customer. what an awful company ...stay away

So I ordered int he 4th October and still no sign of the shirt I wanted. To begin with, they responded to my emails, telling me to be patient, but now nothing. I wouldn’t mind if I was made of money but it’s a lot of money to lose and these people seem happy to steal my money. I have asked for a refund and from that point they have stopped responding to me. Next step is to contact my bank and report the company in the hope of getting my money back.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS.

I made an order since the 6th of September 2024 and up till now, I haven't received my order. I have been in touch with the customer service and I'd gladly rate them -100. No response till this date. Cant even get a hold of anyone. Just don't bother buying from this people. They're the definition of fraud. The one star is also a fraud...wish I can rate them 0 star

I ordered a Barcelona Shirt on the 14/9/24,and have still not received my shirt.Can someone who works there please follow up my enquiry for me ,and look into where it might be,by tracking the order !!

Horrendous customer service and their timeline for delivery, if there ever will be a delivery is a farce! Ordered 3 jerseys on 21st September, tried to change sizes before they were "shipped" but was unable to do so as no1 replied to my emails and the facility to substitute a different size on their website didn't work. Still waiting for the jerseys and the event I wanted them for is now over

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this company I ordered a jersey back in September still have received nothing. It was for a present for someone for October. I ordered as on the website it stated it would take 15 days I did not think it would take this long! I emailed to complain and they told me it was a customs issue which they emailed me about i got no email about this issue and when I track my parcel it hasn’t moved just says “Order ready” absolute joke! There is other company’s that do the same jerseys everyone should have a look at them before wasting your money on this company.

Avoid this site please. Avoid with all cost!

Ordered from here at start of September 2024. Website says shipping within 2 weeks! I don’t mind long shipping to be fair either. Tracking was fast for it to send. BUT that’s where it stopped at “order ready”. Waited until near delivery date to get in contact and ….nothing. Had a bad feeling so I looked up the reviews and was horrified. Usually I check reviews before I order, but this time I didn’t. Lesson learned! Got onto them again finally got a reply to say that my order would be here 29sept-09oct. So I left it kept tracking still the same info on tracking that never moved. I knew then that this was a scam and I would never get the order. Multiple email and email I send with zero response. The only person to reply is “Marie B”. That’s another red flag that’s the only person ya get a email from!!! I went to my bank to get a charge back and I get another email out of nowhere from them to say the orders were delayed at customs with a shitty little photo attached that looks like it’s taken in someone’s bedroom! With a note HANDWRITTEN on it hold for jerseys4all. Pure scam bullshit! After many emails they kept offering me 30% back if they could keep the order. I kept saying No full refund I wanted! They just emailed back after 4/5 emails with the same email as before offering 30% back. Again said NO wanted full refund they agreed to full refund! Il be surprised if I ever see my money back to be fair! Tonight I get the same email saying orders have been delayed due to customs with the picture attacked. Exact same email and picture! So after 2 months I’m getting no where chasing this. I hope my bank has better luck trying to get my money back! Absolutely joke of a website and should be shut down. Don’t waste your time or money on this site!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!
