Ordered from them 4–5 times and never faced any major issues. The quality has been good and overall experience is reliable. Sometimes delivery can get slightly delayed, but customers should understand that since they are still a growing business, they may face stock or courier issues which can cause delays. Overall, a good experience

Takes a little more time but delivers the best

Hey guys! I ordered jerseys from jerseywala after watching ads on facebook & insta. The shipment of the product took abit time but the delivery of the product was fast! I received it in max 10-14 days after placing order.
The quality of the product is good at this price point!

As they delayed the order, they gave me a 10% off custom coupon code for the next order! But I had to text them for it 😭 But yeah...they did!!

Please don’t buy from them.

I placed my order on 21st March 2026, and as of today (8th April), I still haven’t received my parcel—it hasn’t even been shipped yet.

I initially tried contacting them on WhatsApp but got no response. After raising the issue through an Instagram influencer, they suddenly replied on Instagram, saying there was a stock issue and that I would receive my order soon.

First of all, if there was no stock, why take payment in the first place? Still, I chose to wait.

Then, 3 days ago, I followed up again. They told me the order was ready to be shipped and that tracking would be updated on BlueDart within 1–2 days. However, there has been no update—it still shows “yet to be picked up.”

Even if they ship it today, it will take at least another week to be delivered. That means a total waiting time of around 30 days, which is completely unacceptable.

Very Disappointing Experience

I placed my jersey order on 26th February, and as of today (19th March), it still hasn’t been delivered. That’s well beyond the promised delivery timeframe of 7–14 days mentioned in their terms.

What’s even more frustrating is their support system. It’s completely unhelpful; they just keep repeating that the order was placed on 26th February, without providing any actual update or reason for the delay. No transparency, no accountability.

This kind of service is unacceptable. If you can’t meet your own delivery timelines or at least communicate properly, you shouldn’t be making such promises.

Would not recommend ordering from here.

I had and order to be delivered on a particular day and it's been 1 week since then and yet no communication no messages and no replies either. I am constantly trying to ask updates and they are not giving any. Purely pathetic.
