When I found the site it all looked good, but is no longer available. I ordered a Minnesota Twins jersey for my partner, I got an order confirmation, then about a week later they said my order would be delayed due to production issues. I never received any other updated, so I check my confirmation and the links no longer worked.

So I paid $80 for a jersey I will never receive.

Be very careful. They sell fakes as official puma apparel. Tried reaching out but no response

Horrible company. They say they are located in Florida but ships from China! My order still hasn’t actually been shipped and it has been a week and a half. When I contacted them they were no help. So much for Customer Satisfaction 100% Guaranteed. Do not order from here!

Ordered a wrong jersey and was scared of losing my money. Customer service helped through it all and even advised me on my size! 10/10 will buy again

First time ordering from them, took longer than i expected but they were respectful when i contacted them and helped me out. Jersey was cheap so i thought it wouldn't look as good but it definitely exceeded my expectations. Looks great!!

I received my jersey, but the XL was about the size of a medium. I returned it for a replacement per their instructions and that was the last I heard. There has been zero answers to my emails or online chats.

Placed an order. Never shipped even beyond the 7-10 day processing window. No real communication given from customer service.

I ordered 2 shirts on May 25th one for me and one for my brother, it is now June 15 and still no update. I got an email on June 5th saying my order was on its way and I waited 3 days for tracking to update and nothing. I sent an email June 9th asking for and update and never heard back. I found them on Instagram Monday June 12 made a comment asking someone to get back to me, they finally gave me an update saying that my order was "misspelled" and that was causing the hold up and my order would be reshipped, and the tracking would update, this was June 13th. It is now June 15 and still no update on my order, they said I have to wait another 72 hours for tracking to update. I just wanted to know if my order had actually shipped and if it was using a different tracking number. At this point I just want my money back. June 19th still no update and they will delete your comment on Instagram, I have not been rude at all just have asked for an update and still nothing. June 22, they said they would issue a refund and then deleted Instagram.

It’s a scam. Anyone that says otherwise must be a bot. Ordered a customer jersey, it never shipped until about a month later when, on the same day, it was “out for delivered”, then an hour later “cancelled”, then 3 hours after that “delivered”. I checked the tracking provided and it was delivered to an address halfway across the country. So I reached out to the website chat and received no response. I then emailed with all the necessary details - including how I was charged and there’s no refund showing - and received a reply the following day stating “like any business, you will get a refund after 2-5 days”. I replied stating “why was it cancelled because I do want the product” and I’ve not received a reply.
They must scam people who purchase by charging them immediately, then hope the buyer forgets about the charge and they never have to refund, stealing money each “order”.

I ordered a Wrexham Jersey for my son on April 14th. I ordered from Jersey Xpress because they were in the US and it would be faster and less expensive than ordering from overseas. It is now May 3rd and still no new information on the Jersey Xpress provided tracking on my package. No estimated delivery date. I contacted their online chat twice with no answer. I also e-mailed their support e-mail address. No reply and no help.
What a waste of time and money!

I ordered a custom dodgers jersey for my boyfriend with his last name on the back with his birthday number and I honestly loved it. It looked better than expected. 10/10 recommend
