Excellent follow-thru, preparedness and knowledge

There were logistics challenges on my part, and I unfortunately was unable to work with Jess. However, in the initial interactions, she was extremely prompt in her responses and very knowledgeable. Jess is always well-prepared and thoughtful in her work. Jess seems to understand her work thoroughly, and, more importantly, I felt comfortable that she could help me convert what I know about my business into a meaningful website.

Jess focuses on one client at a time, and she seems to get many queries for her work. Regardless of her work demands, she still made time for all my questions. I also like that she reportedly works with one client at a time. This likely allows a more focused and immersive experience.
