Lacking any empathy or understanding, and extremely rude.
After making 4 payments totalling 3188€ to resolve an inheritance matter, the work and service I received from Mr Puente Rodriquez was of very poor quality and completely lacking any client care. At no stage did I feel supported by him, or that he was acting in my best interests.
During the entire period of instructing Mr Puente Rodriquez, he was rude, offensive, disrespectful, and lacked any empathy or understanding.
I expressed my concerns about his attitude on numerous occasions, but he refused to acknowledge any issue, and continued to be aggressive, rude, and bad tempered. The only time he was vaguely polite is when he wanted money.
After Mr Puente Rodriquez drafted an Agreement to apparently settle the inheritance matter, I decided at that stage to change lawyers as I could no longer tolerate his behaviour and lack of sensitively.
It now transpires that the Agreement he drafted is unenforceable. Whilst it recognises my inheritance rights on paper, in reality the Agreement cannot be enforced and 2 Demands made to the Court by my new lawyer have both been refused.
I have asked Mr Puente Rodriquez to explain why the Agreement he drafted cannot be enforced. His response is to avoid providing any explanation and simply wash his hands of the situation, and say it is for another lawyer to sort out.
I am now left in a situation that I have an Agreement that cannot be enforced and the author of that Agreement will not explain the reasons why, despite having been paid for the work.
This is a perfect example of how this man does not care about his clients, and how he washes his hands when things go wrong.
