I had spanish class and catalan class. Jesús is a great teacher. He explained grammar to me clealy. He speaks Japanease. And he knows a lots about Japanease people and japanease culture. He tought it to me, a Japanese, in a way was easy to understand. I highly recommend him to yo.

Jesús is an amazing teacher. He has a unique way of breaking down the most important aspects of grammar and focusing on what you actually need to communicate in a language. I had Jesus as a a Spanish teacher, I really started from the beginning only new a few words and sentences. I did a few months of private Spanish lessons with him and learned a lot. He prepared the lessons very well and also I liked his teaching style and explanations of Grammar. He did in a way that was easy to understand, much better than I could do in apps like Duolingo.

Have been having sessions with Jesús for 8 months now. I tried out half a dozen instructors, he has been by far the best. Structured, dedicated, no fuss - straight to the point, concise communicator, clear responses to my questions. Always reachable when I need him (eg WhatsApp) and always my goals in mind. Truly customizes lessons and never tries to force other students’ way of learning upon me. He is always pushing me to help me reach my full potential. Highly recommended.

I work with Jesús on both Spanish and Catalan. He was always so well prepared and yet ready to adjust to whatever I needed in a given session. Not only does he have an excellent grasp of the structure and juice of each of the languages but also of how phrases work in each culture. I never had to imagine how many different ways their way were to say hello and goodbye with each having a somewhat different intent.

I would most highly recommend him for someone who is looking for an intelligent and articulate instructor. Who also happens to be nice and forgiving when you make mistakes.

Jesús is an excellent teacher who is patient, innovative, and really molds the class to each student. He creates new, fun ways to help you understand concepts and vocabulary. He was never late or missed a session, and was very on top of sending homework and grading homework. He also created his own notebook-style, and his very own book with grammar and instructions - it has been incredibly helpful to use while adjusting to life in a new country. Jesús is a very adaptable and fun teacher! I had weekly and sometime twice a week classes with him for a whole year to improve my Spanish communication and to prepare for the DELE B2 exam. We never ran out of things to talk about for conversation practice. He has many resources to share and useful homework ideas.
