Adam came to my house and done a great job unblocking my drain, trying several techniques until he managed to get the job done. During his FLAWLESS, PERFECT, CAREFUL inspection and maintenance, Jake was highly focused on fixing THAT OLD issue & spent long time getting it (fixed/sorted)‼️

That’s because of his outstanding work attitude & mindset, the blocking issue was completely solved & he spent long time explaining what the problem was like & my family really appreciated HIS EXCELLENT WORK DONE! Enjoyed my time here over the years a lot of changes some for better some for worse. Overall some great people.

One of their drivers nearly took the front of my car off today (reg HT71 RRZ). A female then hung out of the passenger’s side laughing and gesturing at my young daughter before the pair proceeded to run through a red light at the third set of traffic lights leaving Kirkstall Retail Park in Leeds. Absolute disgrace if that’s who this company has representing the business front line.

I called these folks out for a blocked kitchen drain. Lots of cowboys in this area have a cheap call out if they can fix by rodding, but it's rarely good enough to do that. Instead, JetAire wanted paying up front for a 1 hour call out (£100+VAT). They came (2 guys & a van with the equipment).
They started by rodding the drain, and it cleared pretty well straight away! Terrific, I thought.
But they had been paid for an hour, so they stayed for an hour and they jetted, and they cleaned, and they inspected (with a camera), and made sure the whole drainage arrangement for my house was flowing freely. Excellent work. I've used them before (back in 2005), and I will definitely use them again. First Class
