I bought Jetblack Victory to replace my Elite Suito.
Jetblack works perfectly, power measurement and ERG mode works very smoothly. For know this was perfect change and investment.

After a squeaking sound from my Jet Black Victory. I could send my trainer free of charge and he is provided with new bearings despite not being able to reproduce my complaint.
And after testing the trainer is send back and recieved in 2 working days.
Superb service.

Good produit to see in the long terms

Ordered a Jet-black victory and began using it beginning of the year, within two weeks needed new firmware, 8 weeks started making noise, stopped using it for a bit to go back to my old wahoo which was 10 years old. If finally gave up the ghost so tried the Victory again to be greeted by loud noises. Sent in video to be told to return the machine as the bearings have failed after approx 1000km. Still waiting for it to be collected after 3 days of waiting in. No response from Jet-black, they have disappeared. Have screenshots and emails to take up via the legal route

I ordered a JetBlack Victory refurbished, track and trace was not working. Parts were missing. 7 days in and 0 response from Tailwinds

Worst delivery ever!

I called and wrote them a lot of times and I have never gotten any clear answer. They promised to deliver my package half february, it is now 18th of March and still there is no sign of delivery for the coming days. When I ask the company two simple questions I don't get any answer. They just can't tell me when I get my order of € 450, they tell me to just wait. I have never been so dissapointed in a company. The insecurity is making me pissed, they tell me I get the indoor trainer half of february and more than a month later they can't tell me when to expect it. My training goals are approaching and I can't count on this company. Take this in consideration before you place an order. No compensation, no clear answers and no help from them. Last time I order something here.

I won a JetBlack indoor training suite in 2021, (supplied by Tailwinds-Brands.de). I already had an indoor smart bike so stored the JetBlack equipment until needed. In December 2024 my smartbike died and I finally opened and set-up the JetBlack equipment.

After three weeks use the Volt smart trainer started making loud clunking sounds so I reached out to JetBlack for support. JetBlack refered the issue back to Tailwinds but despite numerous emails from JetBlack, Tailwinds have refused to get involved. I just want consumers to be aware of this appaling level of customer support before they consider purchasing from either company.

In general I found the quality of JetBlack products very poor. The cadence sensor repeatedly disconnected from my tablet or phone and could only be found again by removing the battery and the anti-slip pads on the wobble board detached from the board itself.

But it is the lack of support that is most concerning.

Do not buy. Once orderd they stop responding. No reply at all from customer service and no delivery. The european delivery is a scam.
Update: There was a fast reply here from Tailwind. unfortunately they refer to an e-mail adress where they are not responding. Seems really strange that they are refusing to send an order update to their customers, seems to be more than a few who are having trouble getting an answer.
