Just flew them for the first time
Just flew them for the first time. International… Dublin to Boston, still have a connection to go to Phx. Blown away by the quality, efficiency, legroom, wifi, staff… all of it. And I am a constant traveler. 4 continents, 7 countries, 3 islands in 5 months to start the year. Not unusual. Point being that I know air travel. Jet Blue delivered.
JetBlue changed my flight two hours out without any accommodations
JetBlue informed me a day before that my flight was changed from 2:40 PM to 4:30 PM. I advised them that this change did not accommodate me and I needed to be on either the original flight or a flight earlier than that time. I was informed that they cannot help me because they did not change it more than three hours. This is unacceptable. I bought a flight for a certain time and that should be accommodated to change my flight to an earlier flight if needed, and it is in fact needed.
If i could give JetBlue 0 stars, I would
If i could give them 0 stars, I would. JetBlue turned a simple request for information into a complete disaster - a poorly trained customer service rep inexplicably cancelled all of our flights... without our permission.
When we tried to fix it, the response from their so-called management was dismissive and useless. One manager even told us, “He might be on break or finished his shift,” before abruptly ending the call. We were left stranded, with no help from JetBlue staff either on the phone or at the airport.
JetBlue has taken zero real responsibility and offered a completely meaningless “resolution” that does nothing to make up for their mistake.
This airline has no respect for its customers and no process for dealing with serious issues. Avoid JetBlue at all costs.
I am very upset with Jetblue company
I am very upset with Jetblue company. I tried to change my flight for the next day. I managed to go until they asked me to have a Travel Bank account to send me the money back (which was 1 pound) I couldn't manage to log in my True Blue account. A link to reset my password was supposed to be sent in my email and I never received it. When I went back to do it again the price of the ticket increased and I had to pay £270. I called them to explain what happened and they offered me to book for me for £25 and of course the price will still stay at £270 because apparently it the the fluctuations. Of course it is not...it increased in 5 minutes when the day before it was it was -£0.50 and this morning -£1. The lady kept saying I understand but didn't do anything to help me.
They are just trying to take more money from people!
I don't recommend this company at all!
Lack of Reliability
We were very disappointed with Jetblue. Even if we ask them directly on two occasions by phone about what the procedure is for transporting a weapon, they only read the procedure that appears on Google, because they do not know about the laws for transporting weapons in an airline. Also, to be sure, we called TSA and they answered the same thing as Jetblue that we do not need to present any documents about weapons, and that we have to put the weapons in a safe deposit box, the bullets in a small bag, and that only a driver's license or passport was enough. When we showed up at the check-in to travel to PR, they asked us for a letter that had to be from the superintendent of the police of PR, authorizing the transportation of these. Obviously, we did not have such a letter because they did not guide us correctly on this regulation. After this bad time, a supervisor whose name I don't remember, but who has blue eyes and short hair, appears. She, with a very defensive attitude at first, didn't let me present our argument, and she quickly replied that it is our responsibility to know the regulations. We would have had such a letter if Jetblue had guided us correctly when we asked. In short, after an argument, she called the police; but she didn't expect the cops to be nicer and more understanding than the supervisor and Jetblue staff. They advised us to take another airline because this supervisor canceled our flight. We were sad to have missed our flight, but we were grateful for the good treatment that the police gave us to listen and understand our position. Then, we asked Southwest and presented our safe deposit box, and they checked on the computer that no PR documents were to be submitted. Then, they accepted our luggage with the safety deposit box, and they personally guided us to the inspection areas. We were able to make our flight very well and without any inconvenience until we reached PR, thanks to Southwest. And of course, Jetblue gave us our money back.
Jetblue bad experience
I don't understand why jetblue doesn't notify customers when credits are about to expire? I lost 410,000. My experience with jetblue has been terrible from the start. I'm closing my account and sharing this bad experience on my social media.
I boarded flight 606 on 05/17/25 at…
I boarded flight 606 on 05/17/25 at 5:03 pm from Santo Domingo DR. When we were ready to take off, plane was struck by lightning and we were all deplaned. They never said how long it would take to fix plane. I was put on the next available flight for 05/19/25. I was never called or notified that the flight will be delayed until the next day and that it was ready to leave the next morning . They could've sent a text informing that flight was leaving next day and that they could put me on that flight. But no, I was stranded for 2 more days in the Dominican Republic. No help for transportation or hotel stay. And I still had to secure my seat paying $81 to make sure I was leaving on the 19th. Terrible communication and the worst thing is that they do not want to assume their responsibility!
Smooth Flight! Just a few improvements needed as per Baggage Claim
The flight with JetBlue was comfortable and on time, with friendly crew and decent amenities. However, baggage claim was frustratingly slow with little communication. A good overall experience, but that part needs work.

i have a disability with a recent hip replacement and surgery on my abdominal aorta. i cant sit folded straight up. i requested a seat for my disability but said i'm flying basic blue so it doesn't count. the website says there is no extra fee for disability seats. they lied! not happy

We had to fly home from Orlando to Edinburgh due to a family emergency. The flight was good, the baggage updates were great, but the free and very fast WiFi made such a difficult journey so much easier. We were able to keep in constant touch and that was just such a comfort. Thank you
Very rude gate attendants and flight crew was not much better. Seats were open and they would not let me relocate to emergency exit seat6’4” with long legs. No one sat in the seats

I booked the wrong ticket and they changed it at the gate for free! Super
Scammed out of Hundreds of Dollars
This airline scammed me out of hundreds issuing me nonsense credits you can't redeem. "Travel Bank" credits you can't use with any other form of payment.
Worst Airlines to travel on
I had an appalling experience with JetBlue, which has shown complete disregard for basic customer service and fairness. I originally booked a round-trip flight from Mumbai to Austin with a layover at JFK. Unfortunately, the JFK flight was canceled due to weather, and when I reached out to customer service, I was told that the next flight was two days later, with no reimbursement for hotel stays. However, they offered to reroute me to San Antonio that same night, which I reluctantly agreed to. But the situation only got worse when the flight agent at the airport, unaware that my itinerary was a round-trip, mistakenly treated the rerouted leg as a one-way trip. As a result, they canceled the entire itinerary, including the completed outbound flight. To make matters even worse, JetBlue has been completely uncooperative and evasive about providing a partial refund for the unused return segment. Their lack of accountability, transparency, and empathy is astonishing for a national carrier, and I will actively avoid flying with them again. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with JetBlue if you expect even the minimum standard of customer care.
Flight cancellation without explanation.
I am extremely disappointed with JetBlue Airlines. My flight was suddenly cancelled without explanation, and the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I understand that cancellations can happen, but with this lack of communication was really unacceptable. I had important plans that were completely ruined, and no reasonable alternatives were offered. This experience has shaken my trust in JetBlue, and I will seriously reconsider using this airline again in the future.
worst experience at jetblue
our flight was delayed for 7 hours but they wouldn’t cancel the flight because then they would have to provide accommodations to the passengers. Then they finally made us get off the plane and canceled the flight after making us sit in the plane from 5:15 to 12:15 am. they provided no accommodations, no information, no Uber's all under the excuse because of the “weather delay” which was 30 minutes of rain during our boarding. They assigned us a new flight, didn’t let us choose or cancel, and it was assigned at 8 am. We were stuck at the airport from 1 am to 8 am even though there were earlier flights we could’ve gone on, they didn’t care to help us. After telling us the information, they simply walked away and left us in the airport alone. both the airport and airline simply didn’t care what happened to us, or our time, sleep, and money they wasted.they showed no care for their passengers, just the cost and convenience for themselves.
My daughter had a flight
My daughter had a flight, missed it because she was sick and they refuse to give her flight credit or any refund. The customer service agent was so RUDE i literally couldn’t believe it. This is the worst company ever. Stay away!
Chauvinistic lying gate agent
On 4/19/25 I was returning from Orlando to Newark. I needed to book a seat at the gate. When I approached the gentleman at the gate I had already checked app for available seats, there were 7, 5 being aisle or window. I asked for one of those, he then proceeded to hand me a boarding pass with 10b (middle seat). I asked why he didnt give me aisle or window, he said there were none?? I walked away to get coffee, while I was waiting I checked app and as I suspected he lied. they were still available. I went back to the gate and asked him again, he said refresh the app it must be wrong. I walked away again, refreshed the app and seats 10, d, e and f were still available!! He has now lied to my face twice. I went back AGAIN and showed him the app, he said it's wrong his system shows seats taken.LIE number 3 This is where I realized I was dealing with not only a liar but a male chauvinist liar. I sat down and watched him page an older couple and a single male passenger to the gate, and yes he then proceeded to give them the 3 seats I had showed him.. did he not think I would not know those three people would be sitting right across the aisle from me. This is outrageous behavior and should not be tolerated in any customer service position.
Appalling Experience on Flight B6250 – No Regard for Passengers with Chronic Illness
I was on JetBlue flight B6250 to Europe today, April 20th, and the entire experience was nothing short of appalling—especially as I was traveling with someone who has a chronic illness. From start to finish, it felt like JetBlue had no regard for our needs or comfort as customers.
Despite having purchased multiple trips with the airline, we were met with unhelpful and downright rude behavior from staff at every level. The gate employees were dismissive, and the online customer service was just as disappointing. It’s hard to tell whether JetBlue hires rude staff or if they’re simply overworked—but either way, the result is a poor and unacceptable customer experience.
There was absolutely no effort made to accommodate us or even show basic courtesy. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. I expected much more from a major airline and will seriously reconsider flying with JetBlue again in the future.
