Flight got 4 times changed

Flight got 4 times changed since I booked and my flights are in march. I booked because of a short layover of 1:30h and now I have on both over 4h layover, even in another city I booked. Costumer service doesn’t help. I hope the flights will be good

Abandoned at the wrong airport with zero support.

Abandoned at the wrong airport with zero support.
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆
JetBlue’s motto of "bringing humanity back to travel" is a joke. On January 18th, my family of four (including two children) was left stranded at the airport for over four hours with zero communication, zero transparency, and ultimately, zero way home.
After a massive delay, JetBlue dropped us at a different airport than our ticketed destination. Instead of providing the ground transportation or the assistance required, they essentially abandoned us. We were forced to pay for our own Uber just to get home after being ignored by staff for hours.
To make matters worse, their "customer service" is a ghost town. I waited on hold for an eternity, requested a callback, and when they finally called—they hung up on me.
They have lost a loyal family of customers. If you value your time, your money, or your safety, do not fly JetBlue. They will leave you stranded and expect you to figure it out yourself.

Bad news! Decent snacks!

Treated like a criminal for asking to preboard due to disability “I didn’t look like I had” because that service was for “people who really needed it.”

Was followed down the jet bridge and threatened by a gate agent I told a supervisor made me feel unsafe due to her accusatory communication style. I know they have hard jobs, but like really? Her behavior humiliated me, was nonsensical, and in complete and utter dental of the ADA.

Thankfully, the social media customer support agents were some help. Everyone else: mean. Worth the extra $100 to book on an airline with better values.

I booked a group flight with Jet Blue…

I booked a group flight with Jet Blue airlines (26 passengers) The flight was for a spring trip for a team, playing in a tournament. The flight was booked in July for games scheduled in March. Jet blue has since changed the flight times - 3x since booking. These changes were significant - 2 hours earlier for the departure from an 8:00 a.m. departure to a 6:00 a.m. departure. The return flight that was booked was for a 7:55 p.m. return. Jet Blue changed that to a 5:25 p.m. return - 2 and a half hours earlier. I had to change my entire game schedule for the last day of the tournament to get to the airport by 3:30 for this flight. Then 4 weeks later, Jet Blue changed the return flight again to 6:55 p.m. - an hour and a half later than the 5:25 departure - and after I canceled my games. Jet Blue's response is flights always change and we are within our 3-hour window, so sorry but if you need to make a change, you will have to forfeit your deposit (at $50 a person, - $1,300) This has never happened in the twenty-some years I have been flying with my teams. Prior to this, I booked with Southwest airlines. This is my first time booking a group with Jet Blue and as a result - this will be my last. Jet Blue could care less about the financial hardships or schedule adjustments - horrible customer service.

Staff Member on Flight 2370 Needs Customer Service Training

Just returned from Fort Lauderdale to Boston on flight 2370 and had the experience of being treated rudely threatened from a disrepectful staff member that she was going to prohibit me from departing on my flight because she said so. I have flown Jet Blue consistently but after this experience, I do not plan on using Jet Blue again. There is a reason why the value of Jet Blue stock is so low and it is most likely related to the lack of concern to how paying customers are treated.

Very nasty behavior by flight attend

Very nasty behavior by flight attend. My flight was canceled for a reasons size of my bags. But in reality is not my bag, probably something wrong with color of my face.Because I was flying one week ago with the same bag and it was perfectly feet to overhead compartment and prevesly five times last year. But this time my face doesn't meet the expectation of main flight attend of Jet Blue. She canceled our flight because she was not happy how I dropped my bag on the floor in front of her, and call the supervisor of Jet blue, after the 30 Seconds of private talk, first what he did command closing the gate, not evenly talk to me and ask me what is going on.
Try to explain to me, what he is a neutral. No visible badge on him and not on flight attend. After he told me what he will be doing a big favor tome changing my flight to the same airport. But five hours later and change the original seats 8F and 8G to 21F and 21G. Most like le by this time my check in lagage will be lost. This company it forget main principals how to treat a frequent customers and be a more aprisoababl for businesses was chosen with Jet Blue.I hope, what this message will be reading as much as possible customers and making the right decision before making their choice before the picking the Jet Blue.

The Customer does NOT matter!

My experience with JetBlue was a complete fiasco for the entire family. Additionally, all attempts to resolve this internally were met with obstinance and diffidence.

Summary: My return flight was first cancelled, so I booked a second flight departing from another airport. That replacement flight was perpetually delayed until after midnight and then finally cancelled. Naturally, this caused excessive expenses (replacement airline tickets, Ubers to other airports, etc.) and resulted in my family sleeping on the airport floor.

I filed a BBB complaint and received an anonymous template response. An email to the CEO was ignored, and customer service barely authorized a refund of only my return flight.

This company does NOT care about its passengers. I would NEVER fly JetBlue again and I recommend everyone avoid them.

Charge for Seats

Flew to JFK on 28-12-25. all went smoothly. on our return flight on 02-01-26 we were charged a large cost for seats, and even then the 3 of us were not sitting together. its disgusting an airline forces you to pay for these seats. won't be using Jetblue again.

JetBlue loses my luggage and refuses to properly compensate me for any of it

JetBlue lost my checked luggage and, despite me following every instruction and deadline they gave me, they refused to properly compensate me. Their baggage specialist sent me conflicting deadlines for my claim, and the loss claim form wasn’t even activated until weeks after my flight—yet somehow that was still held against me. Customer service admitted they lost my bag, then denied my claim anyway. The only “compensation” offered was a $300 flight credit for permanently losing my belongings, including valuable personal items. The entire process was disorganized, unfair, and incredibly frustrating. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in JetBlue, and I won’t be flying with them again.

I was stuck at the airport for 10 hours because of the delay

According to my boarding pass, the scheduled boarding time was 9:40 PM at Gate 509. However, the flight was delayed by approximately 11 hours (yes eleven)v, and We are forced to wait overnight at the airport with minimal support. The only compensation offered during this extended delay was two small bags of chips and a bottle of water, which is entirely inadequate given the circumstances.

We spent the night hungry, exhausted, and without clear communication about the status of the flight or any meaningful assistance. This experience was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for a customer who trusted JetBlue to provide reliable service.

The saddest part is that there were families with small children and elderly passengers who were supposed to travel on that flight as well. Naturally, no one cared about any of them. At the very least, every passenger should have received a free ticket, because sitting in an airport on a chair from midnight until 9 a.m. is not easy — especially when nothing is open until around 5 a.m., so you can’t even buy food. It’s a disgrace.

But of course, we didn’t receive anything. I emailed the company about the incident, and so far they haven’t even bothered to respond. What a wonderful 21st century we live in.

Cancelled flight error - JetBlue takes no accountability

’m sharing this so other travelers can learn from my experience.

JetBlue’s app displayed my JFK to Las Vegas flight as cancelled. I relied on that information in good faith. I later learned that the flight operated as scheduled.

As a result of this misinformation:

I cancelled my reservation believing the flight was cancelled

I missed a long-planned trip and concert

I spent weeks during the holidays trying to get clarity and accountability

JetBlue has acknowledged that the cancellation message appeared, but has refused to acknowledge that it was an error in their system. They closed my case with a “final decision” without allowing me to submit all available evidence, including screenshots with timestamps showing the cancellation message appeared before the time they claim I cancelled.

I am not asking JetBlue to say the flight was cancelled. I asked only for written acknowledgment that incorrect information was displayed in their app and influenced my decision — something that would cost them nothing. That request was denied, and communication stopped.

My advice to travelers:

Screenshot everything

Do not rely solely on the app for flight status

Be prepared for limited accountability if something goes wrong

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had with an airline - ever!

Horrible airline, avoid

Horrible airline. They hate their customers. They will kick you off a plane to let standbys on and charge you for the privilege of getting a flight home routing 3 business days. They’ll also conveniently take your luggage to you destination without you.

JetBlue cancelled my flights multiple…

JetBlue cancelled my flights multiple times on my trip just to merge me and other passengers with other flights. They completely threw off schedules and cost me nearly twice as much in extra expenses.
I won't be able to ever justify flying with them again. Even if they have nice seats and tv's, they can't make up for the CONSTANT risk of being stranded, not sleeping, paying hundreds of dollars to change plans and cover hotels. It's a joke. A bus schedule is more reliable. Also, it feels like the pilots are all beginners. Anyone else get that vibe?

If there were 0 stars or negative stars…

If there were 0 stars or negative stars for this review I would leave them. This airline has completed lost its way. I used to fly them regularly as my airline of choice. They were the original disruptors and were customer-first. It never fails that I book a flight and there is an issue: delayed 1hr, delayed 3hrs, can’t find a plane to fly the route, and the worst is 0 customer service. There is no one to call, no one who actually helps, the wait times are always over two hours to chat with someone to help you. If you’ve already checked into your flight and you have flight issues good luck!! You are trapped and they refuse to help. In fact she told us that their delay was necessary. They didn’t have a plane since 10am! Honestly don’t fly this airline.

Jetblue is the worst!

sat on the tarmac for 2 hours after boarding us, realizing the scheduled maintenance had not been done. and they had the gaul to charge us for headsets! they offered free water. so i guess that makes up for it. They made no attempt to accommodate or make the grueling experience better. also why did they board us ? there are
lounges in the terminals for this exact reason! #neverjetblue.

Customer service will make you want to peel your face off

The frequent flier loyalty program has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and the credit card customer service is about the same. It's stunningly incompetent. The programs interact with each other as well, but no one from one knows anything about the other (or their own really), and they won't communicate over their dead bodies. Also, they charge you $25 for this experience, and if you keep asking the question they are avoiding answering because they have like 2 scripts with no information, they just go silent and move onto another call, hoping you'll hang up instead of waiting a few minutes for the survey to load. If you call back, another $25.

Worst company ever!

Worst company ever!! Not only did they delay our flight home 4 times, when we got to the airport we waited for our bags for 2 hours!!! Still waiting as I type. Absolutely unacceptable! As we sat back and watched flights AFTER ours get their bags. Breeze and American. They claim that they have a contracted crew and there were only 2 of them. American has their own crew we are told. Our bags continued to sit on the plane up until 20 min ago. We are now being told they are unloading. JetBlue offered a $12 meal voucher for the flight delay. Nothing yet for the bag delay. Bc I’ve been sitting here I will also have to pay for another day my car is parked at the airport. Disgusting service!! Never flying JetBlue again. You have a mob of angry customers here in RIC….

Update** we waited almost 3 hours and luggage finally came out! But another flight behind us started waiting as well and was disgusted that we were there that long. More than likely they had to wait as well. Awful!!

I have given you terrible ratings on…

I have given you terrible ratings on EVERY POSSIBLE PLATFORM!! I need a refund for the Spirit ticket and the cost of the Spirit baggage, WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE WHEN PURCHASED AT THE COUNTER!! And you know it!! You harmed me financially and STOLE THE TAXES FROM ALL THE PASSENGERS WHO WERE ON THAT FLIGHT!! That's how anyone can make money, by stealing from others. Now I have to wait who knows how many days for them to return whatever they feel like returning!! I WILL NEVER FLY JETBLUE AGAIN!! I will fly with Spirit because they are based in Fort Lauderdale and THERE ARE NEVER SNOWSTORMS IN FLORIDA, AND YOUR PLANES COME FROM NEW YORK OR NEW JERSEY, AND YOU NEED TO TELL PASSENGERS THAT SO THEY DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM YOU IN DECEMBER!! You are a terrible and irresponsible airline!! Refund ALL the expenses I incurred, for which I have the receipts written at the Fort Lauderdale counter that same day by the platform employee as soon as I arrived on Spirit from San Jose, Costa Rica!
