Booster box case arrived quickly in…
Booster box case arrived quickly in perfect condition. I have ordered from JET in the past when Royal mail have damaged the parcel in transit and they were happy to offer a refund or aid in processing a claim with Royal Mail. I chose to return and the refund was processed very promtly. Prices are comparative to the best on the market.

Packaging needs to be worked on
1st ordering experience through this company. Easy and simple ordering process. Items arrived in a timely manner. Only gripe is that the packaging could be improved upon.
I ordered 3 blister packs and they turned up in a well sealed box with Polystyrene Wotsits as the packaging material. Unfortunately due to the packaging material of choice, it has now bent the edges of the blister packs, so if you wanted to keep them in pristine condition as collection pieces, I would order from somewhere else.
Luckily Ordered mine for opening purposes, so not too bad on that front. Apart from the packaging issue, no complaints here 😊

Ordered a "sealed case" of Cardfight Vanguard Fated Clash and got 20 boxes without the original box from Bushiroad. Got the product 2 weeks after release date. Never again.

I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your order, however this 1-star review contains information that is misleading and not accurate.
I can see from our order summary that you placed a pre-order for 20x individual Cardfight Vanguard Fated Clash booster boxes and not a sealed case. We did not sell sealed cases for this product line and no where within the product description did we state you would receive a sealed case.
Under normal circumstances, when a customer places an order for the same amount within a sealed case, we would provide the customer with a sealed case regardless. Unfortunately, our supplier did not provide us with any booster boxes in a sealed case, but instead we received all of our allocation in a single box with no original Bushiroad boxes.
With regards to the delay, you were notified by us via email that the shipment was delayed in transit to the supplier and we stated the updated release date to you, this issue was out of our direct control. After being notified of the delay, you were given the opportunity to cancel your order should you not wish to wait for the delayed items to arrive however you stated you were happy to keep the order open and we fulfilled this on 13th May.
If you do not wish to keep this order and would like to return the items for a refund, you can start the returns process by emailing support@jetcards.uk
