Please please don't buy this hose. I would give it no stars if I could. They are scammers. We ordered this on 27th April and it's not arrived yet. On enquiry all they say is we have a huge amount of business wait another 14 days. They don't care as they have your money. I'm so angry. They aren't even jethose it's some company in China. Not happy AT ALL with the product. Plus, they have NOT replied to over 15 emails I have sent asking about returning the product. I would prefer to have reviewed this product and the after sales service with 000000000000000000000 stars. Don’t waste your money, buy a Karcher.

I wish I could give a zero. I ordered ONE and somehow four ended up in my basket. I had horrible interactions with customer service via text and email, the latest being that they cannot cancel my order when I had just finally got someone on the phone who did cancel it for me.

Sent broken junk, demanded replacement, ghosted and money gone. No "money back guarantee" no "fast shipping" SCAM

This site is a scam! They fill your basket with unsolicited extras, and there is no review page, so when you try to check your order, it just checks you out and charges you (without showing you what is in your basket). When I tried to cancel the order through PayPal immediately after making it, the company lied, saying that the order had already been processed and dispatched, even though this did not happen for another 12 hours!

This is the most appalling customer service that I have ever encountered on the internet!

The product does not work as advertised. It is a glorified spray nozzle. Waste your money if you wish. Try to return it and it will cost you as much as the product

I was watching the Miami GP and noticed this Ad. As an Engineer I knew this product was impossible, as no energy source is generating the pressure? I was amused to see what reviews it would get. Besides a few positive reviews by stooges for the seller, I was shocked to see how many people had fallen for this scam. This is a reminder to do your research and become a little more educated.

Terrible experience. I ordered 1 jet hose for $US59.95. I was charged a total of $US110 with no opportunity to check amount before being charged. It went straight through toPaypal confirmation, with a preauthorisation note which is bogus. I didn’t ask for preauthorisation and certainly wouldn’t have authorised this amount. I also tried to cancel via email only minutes after placing the order - unsuccessfully. I called the company in USA and was told they would cancel and refund. Didn’t happen. I phoned again today and was told the same, but they sent an email claiming I hadn’t contacted them and the issue was resolved. It isn’t! They also claim they’ve already sent the items. What BS!
Update: They’ve issued a partial refund for the spray nozzles but not the postage or extended warranty, which I hadn’t ordered anyway! I’ll be contacting PayPal tomorrow regards Evora’s unethical practises.
Got my full refund! Persistence pays off.

How are you guys still allowed to sell this product in canada with so many negative comments about this product

I ordered one item from Jethose and was charged for additional items not ordered. I contacted the seller immediately and was informed the item was already packed. Amounts of $110.84 for items not ordered and $49.04 a reasonable amount for the item ordered were charged to my account. I keep getting lengthy, obviously AI generated emails telling me I can return items. Don't believe I will see my money again.

I wasn't expecting much from the Jet Hose but it works as advertised. It pretty much does what my pressure washer does but without needing to be plugged in to power.

That being said it was a bit annoying to find that the advertised price was in USD not AUD, making it a tad overpriced for what it is.

You can get a similar water jet power washer at Bunnings for 1/3 of what this costs.

I was going to purchase for $39 AUD I didn’t finish purchase agreement and 10 minutes later found it debited in USD$79+ from PayPal When I questioned it and asked for money to be refunded they replied it had already been packed and shipped (within 2 mins of payment!!) I escalated it and said I would report for scamming and tried to get it rectified by PayPal..next minute money was refunded

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Pure rip off. Works no better than a normal hose. Asked for a address 6 times to have them returned. No return address given. They made offers to part refund the hoses and I could keep them. They are still in the boxes - useless. .

i would give zero if possible. is nothing like the advertisement. could not clean deck, driveway, couldn't even spray the pollen off car. the cost to return was too expensive so i just threw it away. i have more pressure just using the small spray nozzle i already had on the end of my hose. don't be fooled by the ads.

Don’t buy this junk. I paid $75.89 and received a broken product that was unusable. The return process was lengthy and convoluted. At first, they offered me a tiny refund and said I could keep the nozzle. This went back and forth (via email, you can’t call them) where they would up the offer. My replies were firm and polite, but I said I wanted the full refund. Finally, they told me to ship it to them (Spent $17.00 to ship it back via UPS) and they would inspect it. Finally got the full refund.

Advice: Keep all receipts and emails. Take a photo of all the parts before you ship it back. Stay persistent and you will get a refund…eventually.

used it on my patio to clean off mud and dirt. It is worthless. My regular garden hose with a good nozzle has much more pressure and power. Don't buy this!!

Would be less than 1 if possible. The site indicated it shipped from Canada however, very desceptive. The funds charged are not disclosed. I called within 1 minute of ordering to find out it was actually in US funds and instructed them to cancel the order. They said they would. However, over 2 hours later I get an email saying 'so sorry, it had already been shipped'. Outright lie! Do not order from this site or company. I will be refusing the item and ensuring my credit card is refunded.
