The bag is put on a discount and they do not refund sale items . The bag it’s self is made from cheap nasty plastic and surprise surprise there returns address is in china so to expensive to send back any way absolute scam please don’t waste your money.

Same thing everyone else talks about. The product I received looked nothing like what was advertised. Cheap crap. Total waste of money. Learned my lesson not to buy from companies without checking reviews first.

I am so annoyed with myself. I clicked buy on this without checking trustpilot. As an after thought I checked and saw all these comments. I tried to cancel my order within five minutes of placing it but no response. The bag has arrived and it is cheap rubbish. Nothing like the instragram post, the material is cheap plastic rubbish. Avoid at all costs as you won't get a return.

The bag arrived, not fabric as in the advert, cheap plastic material with one of the press stud fastener's already broken. Contacted them to return as there were no details included in the package. I was provided with an address which the Post Office told me they couldn't find for shipping purposes so I Googled it when i got home and its a house on a street in Canada. I suspect they give these addresses as a deterrent as the cost of return would have been more than the item.
I contacted them again and was very bluntly told, it was on sale, no refunds...despite it being broken, not what was advertised and having given me a return address. I don't remember the item being on sale when I purchased it, however a discount code was applied at the point of paying for my order I have reported the company to Facebook as a scam. Best part of £50 wasted for a piece of plastic rubbish.

Same as all other comments. Poor quality , cheap materials used , zipper sticks and it is nothing like it is pictured. I wish I had come to this site first before buying .

Shameful company

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Frankly, I have never felt cheated in my life online shopping as I did with this brand. I literally saw the ads and reviews on IG and got duped bad. They say there is 90 days return policy but do not follow that policy themself and when it came to returning the item they want you to ship it to China or a country that OUTSIDE of the United States. I initially thought that they are a US brand as they are good at portraying that PLUS not once it said while buying the product nor on their website that THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL BRAND THAT SHIPS TO THE US, so basically all of their orders are international until and unless it is within their region. So when I reached out to customer service they weren't much of a help at all as I initially only wanted to return 1 bag out of the 2 I bought but seeing how they handled my case I did not want to be associated with the brand. They just straight up did not respond for weeks and after millions of emails they told me to ship it to China which when I checked costed way more than what I bought the merchandise for. Their answer was, We Do Not Provide Shipping Labels for International Shipping. I mean, if I had known that they were not based here, why would i buy from China???? there are brands similar to them here in the States but yea they screwed me over and did not provide any help. After this I reached out to Paypal as I paid through them and claimed a refund through them. Not much help even after Paypal tried their best where this brand gave an address to their Canada warehouse. I live in the west coast so it was still way expensive for me sending the package than how much I paid for both the bags. When Paypal reached out again about the issue they decided to avoid them and my emails as well and decided to just ignore it.
Honestly I am never using these bags as I do not like them at all because of their experiecnce and its sad that I wasted my hard earned money and got no respect and consideration. It is just sad. I have NEVER have had an experience like this in my life. Here I was thinking I was supporting a small business only to be screwed over.
People are mean and selfish. Also they wont allow me to give less stars and post this review on their official website. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. DO NOT TRUST INSTAGRAM OR THESE REVIEWS.

Got my bag, the material is so cheap…it feels like the pleather that Halloween costumes are made of. I emailed them about a return/refund and received a response that sale items are not eligible for refund. Here’s the thing. I’m pretty sure that everything is always on sale to drive up sales & returns are therefore never possible.

Bought this bag as a last minute purchase for my holiday and then I saw the exact same product on Amazon for almost half the price! Tried to cancel my order immediately when I also saw delivery in 12 business days after purchasing but received an automated email which said my order had already been processed (which was pretty impossible as no way could have been processed within 30 mins of order).
It came fairly quickly, within a week, but the bag in itself is very plasticy and doesn’t look like the photos on the website!!
I have now emailed asking for a refund and how to send it back but based on the other reviews on here, doubt I will be able to return it or will hear anything back.
Don’t fall for the influencer gimmick!

Bad quality and no response from customer service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Not only did the item arrive faulty but the quality was so poor it looks like a deflated floatie. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The colours were completely off, bright orange stripes which were brown in the pictures.
Despite the return policy on the website which says to send an email to create a return, I have had no response to multiple emails sent over 10 days ago.
I’ve also reached out on instagram which they haven’t responded to but have responded to other comments asking about the product.
This is a scam and not sure what to do to get my money back!

Warning! Indeed, very bad quality and very expensive. You can find the same bag for half the price on Amazon. And when you want to return it, they are absolutely not cooperative. It would have cost me 3 times the price of the bag so I didn't do it and threw it away! Don't trust this website!

Warning! This is a drop shipped product. Travelherbag have just been selling the exact bag, using the exact video you’ve seen on social media. Very low quality. Poor materials used, do not fall for this marketing ploy like I did! Will also take a long time to arrive, unless they actually have sent bulk stock from china from their last shipment.
