Amazing thing they've done to my stock: well organized in the system that shows clearly the situation with really valuable predictions! Will see how the holidays go but until now I've been more than happy with the results.
Seriously, it's much easier when you don't have to worry if you're able to keep up with the orders without having overstocks.

I recently used Jetstet for an important shipment, and while I was not completely content with the experience, it was overall satisfactory. The process was a little slow and communication could have been better, but I was eventually able to get an accurate quote. I was kept informed of the delivery status, though it was after the shipment had arrived. The customer service was not the best, but they were able to provide the answers I needed after a few calls. I wouldn't say I recommend Jetstet as a primary shipper, but I had a decent enough experience.

I'm quite pleased with how Jetstet is assisting me in running my business. They are really experts in their industry. Very helpful in reducing the time it takes for my things to be delivered.

Communication is friendly and polite at Customer Support but most of the time insufficient. It can take days to solve a ticket. One of the deliveries came to the wrong address and even though the re-shipment was covered by Jetstet I still lost time and had to offer discount to my customer. For the rest the company is very promising. Hope they improve

Didn't enjoy the delivery. I've explained hundreds of times how my orders have to be repacked and still they've arrived in regular boxes with broken sides. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.
