I cannot really think of anything bad, on the odd occasion I have an issue (ordered the wrong quantity, had a delayed parcel etc) the helpteam have got back to me quickly and fixed the issue. I have knocked one star off as I have returned the odd thing mainly because it looked different in natural daylight over studio light, however, I have sent back and got a full refund no questions asked. Love this group of companies, so flexible and helpful and employee owned too, and it makes an obvious difference to how they treat customers over other companies I have bought from. Never had a negative experience and I buy a lot from them.

I be been a customer from when the company started. They are my number one go to for any jewellery making supplies.
The products are nearly always excellent and their call centre and behind the scenes employees are so helpful.
The presenters are great - knowledgeable, fun and entertaining.

Everything I have purchased is of great quality, and I have bought a lot!! The prices are fantastic, even compared with their sister channel Gemporia, and even more so compared with other retailers. I have only been disappointed on one occasion and this was sorted promptly. The delivery is reasonably speedy and the packaging is recyclable.

Jewellery maker is a fabulous family. From the people taking the orders, to the packers, from presenters to designers, everyone cares for each other. Advice is given freely and encouragement is offered by the bucket full.

Great quality items and great customer service. Been regular customer for over 12 years. Also only charge one low charge postage for all items bought over the day no matter what weight or size of item. Wonderful free tutorials supplied.

This company used to offer great value, demos, a wide variety of products and excellent customer service. Now they sell mostly overpriced jade and pearls, repeat the same demos over and over and rarely do a demo that isn't beginner level. Delivery is abysmal, I just put in a complaint about how much my last order took and was told that since they didn't dispatch it till 5 working days after my order, that this delay didn't count towards the total delivery time. Presenters and most of the guest designers are very obviously sales people, with insincerity dripping from their descriptions, ridiculously high starting prices, gasps and amazement at how the price then goes so low that 'this was a mistake' but buy as it's such a great offer. As someone who's kept tabs on previous prices, their current prices are very high now.

As always a superb service and good products

Their customer call centre is superb, and always has been the years I've bought from the company. I chose what I buy carefully, can be expensive, tho not always, have had some good bargains. They give the origin and what if any treatment a gem/bead has had - this is invaluable and they provide a certificate with this information.

Usually your team are excellent and the supplies are good quality, good value, arrive in a timely fashion and in good order. You are really good with returns and swift refund even if I just ordered the wrong thing.
However this last order 14369100 arrived with an item missing. PWVR36.

JewelleryMaker have the best variety of products. I can find everything I need to make really unique jewellery from watching the TV channel and have learnt how to make jewellery because of JewelleryMaker. I like buying from a company where I can trust that the gemstones and pearls are ethically sourced.

Great deals and very informative

The presenters and designers and the whole team are brilliant. I just wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy jewellery crafting products as the offers are so amazing and the product information is so informative and you can always send things back if you change your mind.

Can't fault the service and products i have received from JewelleryMaker - ordered from their website, received the products a few days later and the gemstones are incredible quality. Will definitely be ordering many times.

Jewellery Maker sells some really good beads, stones and findings, BUT the website has been so dreadfully sliw for the last few days that I haven't been able to search for or order anything. The site is so slow that it crashes on both my desktop computer and on my mobile when using the app.

Come Jewellery Maker, do something about your website, please!!

As a new customer I was excited to browse all the products on offer.....
However, as captured in previous feedback - there were issues with the website (screen / pages became frozen, no confirmation of payment, etc., etc.).
Unfortunately, as a result, multiple active orders were generated.
Emails relating to transactions that I thought had been aborted came through days later.
I attempted to cancel all orders but unfortunately this was seemingly not achievable...
I informed JewelleryMaker that I would return anything I received in-person to them at Redditch / Studley.
I was told that this is not possible.....

I recently discovered I have been charged since 2 January 2024 via split payment for an order I never ordered. If I had ordered the goods I never received it. The issue came to my attention via an email regarding a missed payment in early March 2024. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I get fobbed off after numerous emails emails to prove that I do not have the item, by the way it is nearly £200 for silver items..They claim that too much time has lapsed since January and they cannot help with my complaint.i only discovered the error 3 -4 weeks ago. So therefore I have paid all that money for items I don't have. That is basically stealing my money. Thanks for nothing JM.i will not be purchasing from them again and any of my recent orders will be getting sent back.
