I desperately needed stainless steel…
I desperately needed stainless steel screws and contacted TJ Thomas customer service via email, thinking no-one was going to respond. Surprisingly, one of their sales representatives emailed me and got me the information I needed. Since the provided information described what I was looking for, Patrick was able to place an order for me the same afternoon, making sure he expedited my order so I would get it the next day. To me, he was a life saver! Very impressed with his service.

Great service and timely shipping
