Very rubbish lawyer firm never reply on time very slow I logged my incident in 2021 got dealt with in 2026..very useless....the guy I had was very rude would never ever recommend this solicitors to anyone...if I could give 0 stars I would 😆

We used JF Law after going through a horrendous time when renting a property and the home being filled with mould. We have rented homes for around 15 years and have never experienced this, the landlord/housing association made us feel that it was our doing, throughout the three years renting there, we were becoming increasingly unwell and having children and one with an autoimmune disease it was hell. We reached out to JF Law as we knew that it was down to the housing associations negligence and not rectifying this and we didn’t want another family to go through the same ordeal we did. JF law were happy to take on our case, were great with communication and helped us win this case! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future.

Very good communication and service

I had Tracy handle my claim. I was extremely nervous as I have never been through something like this before. There was alot of emotional and physical trauma related to the accident. Tracy and team guided me all the way through, it was a seamless experience from start to finish. Although there were many medical check ups and appointments I had to go to each time I was feeling down or confused Tracy would be there to help me feel more confident and give me the support I needed and correct professional guidance to give me a better understanding of the stages the claim was in. She was always just a phone call away no matter how many questions I had and continued to make me feel comfortable enough to approach them with anything I was unsure about (even questions you may feel silly to ask). They were patient and caring all the way through. And I am so pleased with the outcome. I couldn't recommend and thank JF law and Tracy Chik enough.

I had a very complicated and unique case where I did not think I would receive anything, however Christopher .W. had worked extremely hard over the past year negotiating back-and-forth to ensure that I would win my case. I did win my case and was kept updated along the way with good communication and great customer service! Criminal Compesation :

My complaint is that they failed to provide me with a satisfactory service from November 2018 until now February 2023 since J.F. Law took my claim to complete.

Jane D. ( my case worker ) J.F. Law took 8 (eight ) months to change my address from CICA ( which is criminal compensation department) doesn't now give me any updates regarding my claim , doesn't not returning my calls and when I've try to make an complaint the secretary hang up on me.

Excuses from the office when I've try to contact the J.F Law are:

your case worker is not available for the moment he will return your call ( never)
you case worker is in holiday
your case worker is in annual leave ( he had an emergency )
has an personal Illness
out for lunch

Really not happy with the services and I will not recommend J.F. Law ltd. to anyone.

I approached this team about a personal issue on a no win no fee
The claim was dealt with poorly and I was told if I was not under a psychiatrist I would not be able to claim for mental trauma
The CICA made a offer within a few months
However it did not take into account my mental health because it was not addressed
On top of that they then took 25% plus fees which is a maximum charge for complex cases
Which this was not
I feel like I have lost a lot of compensation due to there assessment and the hefty fees
I have asked to speak to there complaints handler
Avoid at all cost
