A long loyal customer, but recent experiences, i will not be recommending to friends or family.
So disappointed in the lack of reliability and communication.
used these regularly over the years and had very good gas fitters to fit our radiators ,but the recent one wasn't the same sadly and even after a service on our boiler from one of the certified engineers ,two of our radiators are cold and getting them to come back and rectify ,is as much a frustration as it's been to install one radiator. They didn't turn up again today as said via text , so we're having to pay someone else now to sort radiator s out as can't bear going through the stress of contacting and wasting my time with these again. So don't use them, excuse for poor communication was covid, text or phone call takes seconds, so not having that for poor customer service.

Expensive! Check the hourly rate before giving the job. I found very expensive and he didn't like being asked to explain the bill costs. (Still feeling quite shaky after his called me for the money) Billed £422.54 reduced to £364.68 (when I questioned the bill) for replacing 1 metre straight pipe (+ 40 mins finding leak). Wondered why the young guy working on the job questioned are you sure you want me to fix it? Probably aware I was going to be hit by a big bill.
Forgot to mention the pipe was plastic with push in connectors- not even any soldering done)

Fixed my boiler. Prompt replies, showed up on time, courteous when in my home, very communicative, and got the job done. Would recommend.
