I ordered a power supply 3wks ago. I have not yet received it.

Everything arrived in good packaging. Tested it out and it sounds great with no noise. Using system for outdoor evangelism. Will order again.

Great service from the company. One of the speakers I received was defective. They were swift to respond to my email and take care of me. They immediately sent a replacement. The speakers sound great and the quality is good.

The unit arrived on time and packaged nicely. The setup was simple and straightforward. I was slightly irritated after setting the unit up, because the passive speaker was not emitting sound. We finally figured out the speaker cord had a short. After a quick trip to Walmart the system is SUPERB!!!

These speakers are great for vocals, KJ systems, DJ gigs, keyboards, weddings and churches, and sound & studio monitors. It the best PA speakers online, a complete trustworthy deal!

Nice speakers only issue is after the first time using the passive speaker stopped working. contact number on site didn't work, now waiting to see if my emails get returned. Truly hope someone can assist me because I do like the system.

I received & tested these today. I am very pleased. They sound clear & loud. I used my Mackie 1604-vlz mixer to test with multiple inputs. 2 mics & a sythesizer. They handled it no problem. Driving them with the channels on the mixer at 0db & the main volume at 50%, main volume on the speakers at 50% & all eq settings at 12 Oclock, the volume of the synth was so loud in my living room that i could barely here myself speak & the sound was full. These are by no means JBL or EV rivals but, for what I paid, i could not be happier. Great bang for your buck plus, you get pull over dust covers, stands a speakon cable & remote. I am very please so far. My first show with them is in a week. I think they will be fine but i will report back after.
UPDATE: I used the system for a live show with my band in a large room from 30x15 stage that was 3 ft off the floor. It did great. Vocals were heard at the back of the room, 100 ft away, loud & clear. The volume on the board was at 50% & the volume control on the amp in the active speaker was at 75%. Very happy customer here.

Great PA at a great price with excellent customer service. One small part came damaged from shipping and they replaced it quickly. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend.

We ordered the JGA FYS-3012P PA System about a year ago to use at an event, received them in the normal quick manner from Amazon, opened the boxes plugged them in and were immediately impressed with the quality of the sound, even at higher volumes. Definitely a good buy for the money! But, in just a few minutes the system stopped working, no reset or rebooting was available nor helpful. In the instructions booklet is a link to the JGA Electronics help line and we were VERY pleased to have gotten a very quick response. We posted a video of the problem through Facebook's Messenger, the JGA tech diagnosed the problem as a fatal failure of the amp and shipped us a replacement system that we got TWO days later and in time for our event. The JGA product support system is AWESOME and since we got this set it's worked very well for us, has been set up and used for a dozen or so events. They sound great inside or outside, would definitely recommend them as a great value! Thanks JGA!
