Given a quote for heat treatment in 6 studio flats. Phone to book the treatment to be told they can’t heat in an open plan flat and also the 4 month guarantee I was promised in an email would not be honoured because the property is a HMO, despite being self contained flats.

We contacted JG Pest Control And they were able to come out the following day to take care of a wasp nest in our compost bin.
Arrived promptly assessed the situation and dealt with the problem. They were very informative about the situation and gave us advice on how things would work.
They also guarantee their work.
