Danny arrived promptly after letting us know half an hour beforehand. He was polite, friendly and professional. He explained the procedure (re carpet moth infestation) and advised us on any potential follow up visit. Overall we are satisfied with the service provided and would recommend Danny to others.

Garden rat infestation
We had a rat infestation in our garden, JG came out and assessed and installed bait boxes in strategic positions, three weeks later they have come out again and we last saw a rat a week ago, they checked the boxes for the amount used and refilled all the boxes and will check again in three weeks. Very professional service.

Polite but expensive
Polite, friendly service. Original booking was from 0800 to 1400. Received an email advising the appointment would be between 0800 and 0900 but Billy did not arrive until 1200. Far too many emails which became confusing. I suggest providing all relevant information on the website and referring to that. £250 is extreme for less than 30 minutes unguaranteed work.
