Worse experience of my life . Went to them for pre-settlement funding . Never get a call back from my advisor . Anytime I ask questions never get the answer to them . Had me sign all these documents basically making sure they take they’re cut out but are horrible and unprofessional. When I tried to withdrawal totally rude about it . Why would I want to work with people I don’t even know what’s going on with money . . If you’re thinking about it please don’t do it . Worse mistake I made .

My experience with J.G. Wentworth left me feeling misled and deeply dissatisfied. The process did not feel as clear or transparent as I expected, particularly regarding the total cost, fees, timeline, and the amount I would ultimately receive.

The advertising made the service sound simple and helpful, but the actual terms were far less attractive than I anticipated. Communication also did not meet my expectations, and I felt pressured to move forward before all my concerns were adequately addressed.

I strongly recommend getting every fee, deduction, and payment figure in writing before signing anything. Carefully compare the amount you are giving up with the amount you will receive, consult an independent financial or legal professional, and do not rely solely on sales explanations.

Based on my experience, I would not use J.G. Wentworth again or recommend the service.

Speaking to Mr. Justin Yerk he was very professional in explaning a lot of things when it came to debt relief. He was very precise in everything he said. I agreed and convinced. Thank you.

I am writing to follow up on the paperwork I signed during recent call meeting. At the time, I understood these documents were only to request more information and continue the process.

I previously raised questions about certain fees and cards that I did not wish to add, and was mentioned I could address this before August 28, 2026. However, after reviewing the documents, I noticed several fees and terms that were not fully explained to me.

I sent an email regarding this matter earlier but have not yet received a reply. I hope they can contact me as soon as possible to clarify these terms and help me adjust the agreement before the September 4 when the money will by deducted from my account.

Robyn helped us and was fantastic about explaining things to us and guiding us to the right goal. Thank you so much for being so kind and thorough.

While my experience was quite good, there were several people afterwards looking to destroy my confidence and change my mind. I am looking forward to actually getting started and leading to a successful conclusion down the road.
