First time meeting Jamie was at my mother's house. She was planning on replacing her water pump (which would only fail every year)and was not a very good working system. Jamie instantly saw a far greater solution, showing real expertise and and craftsmanship in his work !! My mother now has a fantastic water system !! ( she hadn't had proper hot water for years)...cannot thank these guys enough for looking after her so well ... Complete game changer ...

Very happy with the work JHP services provided. The whole process from booking the appointment to job completion was straightforward. I was given a 2 hour window for the arrival of Jamie the engineer and 10 minutes prior to arrival was sent a text saying he was ion his way. Jamie was polite and professional in servicing my ATAG boiler. The completed certificates were send promptly. Would highly recommend this company.

When I contacted JHP they were very quick to provide the requested quote and gave me an appointment at very short notice to accommodate me. The level of workmanship was very good and everyone I dealt with were very pleasant and courteous. I would certainly recommend using JHP.

Jamie is friendly, courteous and an absolute professional. I’ve used his services for over 10 years. He fitted a new boiler system for us (still going strong with never any issues) when we first bought our flat, and has since carried out servicing and general plumbing jobs to an exceptionally high standard. I would never go elsewhere.

We moved house about a year ago, our regular plumber that we’ve known for years, informed us that our new house had in industrial heating system and that he was qualified to do work on it, he recommended that we use JHP Services, we did. What a great experience, Jamie who serviced our boilers was polite, informative, very tidy and did a great job. As well as doing the work, they generated a pdf report with photos that documented everything that was done. All in all a quality service.

Very professional and friendly service, turned up on time, explained what they were doing and left the area tidy. Would highly recommend.

Have employed Jamie for several years now. Excellent work carried out every time. Latest visit was to service Gas Boiler and install a new kitchen sink with Quooker boiling water tap. Very good explanations provided and work performed quickly and cleanly. Very happy to recommend

Jamie at JHP is really thoughtful - clear communicator, explains everything really well. Feels like the team really cares about doing a good job, and that someone's available to answer follow up questions. The work is always really reliable too - strongly recommend.

Jamie was fantastic – really friendly and professional. He did a very thorough boiler service, even pulling out the oven to check the gas pipe at the back wall. He also gave helpful advice on a few other plumbing issues, and I’ve already booked him for more work. Highly recommend!

Very professional work from Jamie at JHP Services, had some taps needing fitted and some plumbing niggles needing sorted out, Jamie sorted out issues quickly and professionally, would recommend him to anyone.

JHP was recommended to me for a renovation project which included new pipework, bathrooms, water/heating systems, underfloor heating etc. Jamie explained all the different options clearly and he and his team were professional and efficient when it came to installation. Jamie took the time to explain how everything worked and when we had a problem with one of the shower valves (manufacturer fault) he worked hard to identify the problem & saved us from having to start removing tile. I’d highly recommend JHP and Jamie. Excellent service.
