Their director who drives a white van (with his initials on the number plate) decides to scream abuse at other drivers, because he is driving in the middle of the road. If this is how they treat members of the public, I dread to think how they deal with customers (I won't be coming back as a customer fyi)

Wow, what a different place in reality, they looked at me as if I was stupid, and said I couldn't be involved in the adjustment process, as they knew what they were doing...
Certainly would never take a bike back there, I'm sure they are much happier dealing with their race buddies, rather than a paying customer.

Had a full brand new titanium exhaust fitted (supplied by my self) on a 2 year old bmw s1000rr with little over 1000 miles so no rusted seized bolts but got charged 6 hours labour for doing the job but only got quoted 3 to 4 hours depending on the condition of the bike but after job completion that went up to 6 hours and when i questioned it they just said well it’s bmw personally I feel I have been well over charged,
Wish I never visited... Que the 'please contact us so we can help' response. Its all a front, already tried to address an issue i had with several hundred pounds worth of work- they weren't interested. They can't and don't take criticism in the slightest well.
