Prompt delivery of product, exactly as advertised. Ordered a size too small and product was returned and replaced with no issue. Professional company I wouldn’t hesitate to order with again.

The experience i recieved from this company was amazing from start to finish. Was always kept informed regarding where the ring was. Very thoughtful company and the craft work was amazing. I so love my ring and highly recommend this company

About a month or so ago we ordered a 3ct emerald cut ruby solitare 9ct white gold ring. Unfortunately we were really disappointed. As advertised they sent out a complimentary version in silver to try on for size and show how it looks on your finger, we did notice about half of the inner ring was hollowed out making it quite thin. We naively assumed that as this was not the actual ring that the white gold version would be a solid band. We did also notice that the band itself did not resemble the image on their website which looked chunky; instead it tapered slightly to the shoulder and was a slimmer band. Not sure if this was clever photography but felt assured after reading lots of positive reviews that the actual ring would resemble the image. A few weeks later the 9ct white gold ring arrived, EXACTLY the same as the complimentary ring. Although we are not complaining about the lab grown ruby as that did resemble the image our unhappiness was the band. We felt cheated, nowhere did it show an image of the underside of the ring or describe that the ring was hollowed out underneath. We actually only bought this due to the chunkiness of the ring band, if we had realised this was what we were going to get we would not have ordered it. We contacted Jian to resolve this but as we had an inscription we could not return the ring. We were offered a pair of earrings which we had no use for when all we wanted was what we saw and ordered on their website. We did not feel they were willing to resolve this issue amicably or offer other reasonable alternatives and their customer service/care was poor. If we could offer any advice please consider going to a local jewellery store where you can at least see, try on, get good advice and of course I’m sure the customer service would be much more amenable to resolving your issue face to face rather than a voice at the end of the phone who doesn’t really care that your 40th wedding anniversary gift is now marred with disappointment. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS not just the positives because some people do have bad experiences. This is our honest opinion and factual review of this company and in no way defamatory.

I was very happy with my recent purchase, but I had to request a replacement for the bracelet because it was slightly too small. The customer support was very friendly and professional and I am awaiting a replacement having returned the original by recorded delevery.

Ordered a beautiful sapphire ring yesterday at around 4.00pm. It arrived at 11.30 this morning, well boxed and discreetly packaged. The ring is exactly as described and couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered an anniversary gift for my wife next day delivery, received an email shortly after saying the item was out of stock, was offered alternatives but I needed a specific gem. They offered a silver version with the gold version put on back order. I accepted this and wife was pleased with the silver option. 1 month later I wondered if the gold was in stock. emailed Jian London who soon replied that the item was in stock and would be delivered next day. Extremely disappointing. I read the reviews and thought this would be a really good company to purchase a ring through. How gravely mistaken was I.

My ring was never in the package they sent to me and is no where to be found. I contacted their customer support team and they pretty much told me they're not willing to do anything.

Was suppose to be a gift for my sister who is leaving soon. What a massive let down of a company and customer service. Pray this doesn't happen to anyone else.

My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet for our Emerald wedding anniversary. I love it and wore it for every occasion. However, after a couple of months the clasp became loose and it kept falling off my wrist. We emailed Jian and immediately received a reply with an apology and asking for us to return the bracelet for repair. That was on Wednesday. Today is Saturday and we received the bracelet back this morning and I can wear it with confidence again. What a fantastic service. Thank you. We are delighted.
