JIBRI is stealing money from its customers

I placed an order with Jibri on May 4th, 2024 for a single pair of pants at $160 plus $15 shipping. I received a notice that my order had been shipped on May 15th—but the status of the order on the provided tracking information had not changed. I followed via email on June 15th, then via email and Instagram on July 5th, then via email again on July 13th. Both times I emailed I received bouncebacks, so I submitted inquiries via the contact form on their website as well. On July 19th I received a response via Instagram with an apology and a promise to ship the order the following week. No progress had been made by the following week so I reached out again on July 25th, then August 12th, then August 28th, then November 5th. I've tried to contact this business via multiple channels and I know they're aware of the issue because they literally acknowledged it in writing. It's now been more than a year and the event I purchased these pants for has come and gone. I never received the pants or a refund as requested, and the tracking information showed—up until it was deactivated—that the order never shipped. At this point, this business has stolen my money and refuses to communicate with me about this issue... and clearly it's a pattern.

I am Never Ordering Again

I have ordered from this company several times over the past 10 years period they have always been slow to fulfill and I noticed quite a few complaints with the bb. B period I had an issue where I had to reach out to the company. And Jasmine assured me that I would receive my items period she stated. She ran out of fabric for one of the skirts. And thought the order had been completed period eventually, I received full order period I ordered since then and had no problem Other than a long wait, which I attributed to the custom nature of the garment superior I took a chance and order a skirt. I have been watching for quite some time. In February 2025 period it is now in the may and I have not received my item, nor have my emails been addressed period When I check the order number the response states in fulfillment period does this mean the skirt is just now being made after 2 months exclamation? I'm sure that I am out of $200. The clothing is very stylish, extremely well-crafted, with quality fabrics. However, none of this replaces poor customer service! No matter how good subsequent collections look, I will not order again. I considered a 2 star rating, as this is the only item i never received, but I am too angry to give any additional stars. The universe tried to warn me with near-misses, but i didnt listen.

I am out of pocket $700.

I am out of pocket $700 because of this clothing company. Sent me the wrong size, didn’t answer my email complaint for over an month, then when they bothered to answer, she asked me to post it back to them at my own expense saying they would refund the postage and send me the right size. I decided to trust in the process. What a big mistake. When I then asked why I hadn’t received the order they blocked my email address. Now I see online this has happened to quite a few customers. Scammers. Only order from them online if fully prepare to not receive the order.

Wonderful products if you get your…

Wonderful products if you get your items. I’ve purchased from this company a few times. Last year I placed a large order for my birthday and only received half my items. Had to do a chargeback with my bank. I understand that things happen and I’d never had an issue with them before though I’d read about the horrible issues others have had.

August of 2024, I bought a dress I’d had my eye on for quite some time which was previously out of stock for a long period.

Here it is January of 2025 and no dress, their email address is bouncing or perhaps I’ve been blocked as another customer stated.

It’s really sad too because for many years I admired the clothing of this designer. Now that I’m in a position to comfortably afford their items, support and customer treatment will keep me away.

Update

Update: had an email and FB message to say she will send it out in 5 days and had problems source the material to make the dress and with that she blocked me on FB/messenger even blocked my email!!

Disgusting piece of work you are!!
🚨do not buy from this place! She will take your money and you will not see your item of clothing, I have contacted you privately multiple times before trying calling you out publicly, and now you gaslight me with more broken promises and then block me🚨
Give me my refund!! I hope your business goes down hill!!

Failure to Ship Paid Order

On June 29, 2024, I placed an order with Jibri for two suits and one dress. This is not my first time ordering from them, as I have been a loyal customer since 2013. The company typically ships orders within 30 days, and on August 8, a shipping label was created, which aligned with their usual process. However, despite this, the items were never actually shipped.

On September 7, after waiting more than two months for my order, I began contacting Jibri through phone calls, emails, and social media messages to inquire about the status of my purchase. On September 9, I received a single response in which they admitted that they lost my order. Since then, they have ignored all of my follow-up attempts for further information, including phone calls and messages.

It is extremely disappointing to experience this level of poor customer service after years of being a loyal customer. Upon further investigation, I found that other customers are experiencing similar issues with the company. This is unacceptable, and I am heartbroken that I can no longer trust a business I’ve supported for over a decade.

Good Product/Poor Business Operations

I have to admit that after browsing Jibri's website and seeing items I was interested in purchasing, the negative reviews made me pause. But I went ahead and placed an order. And while, yes, execution could be faster, when I reached out to check on the status of my order, they responded quickly to explain the delay. When I did receive the first item, a dress, it was very well made, fit well, and it had a polished look that is so difficult to find these days.

Update: my experience with Jibri went downhill. I never received the second part of my order nor did I get a refund on my credit card. Two stars because I do like the item I received but it's not a reliable place to shop.

I have attempted MULTIPLE TIMES through…

I have attempted MULTIPLE TIMES through MULTIPLE AVENUES to resolve this but there has been absolutely no solid communication from the company. I was told it would be 21 days, then I was given a date. I waited two days beyond that date and reached out and explained how unhappy I was and this UNPROFESSIONAL owner had the audacity to get upset and cancel my order and said she would refund me my money. Fine - at this point I just want to be done. Well here we are, no refund and no product and STILL NO RESPONSE!

I wish there were an option for zero…

I wish there were an option for zero stars. This “made-to-order” company took $250 from me with the promise to customize one of its caftans based on my height for purchase. The order took five months to fulfill with email promises it was on the way, and when it finally arrived, it was a different material and a totally different item. Instead of a sheer chiffon Beach caftan, I received a thick crepe choir robe. Because it took her so long to fulfill the order, I it was beyond the time limit required to dispute it with my credit card. When I reached out to customer service, which is actually the owner, she basically berrated me, told me I was wrong, and didn’t want to refund my money. She finally relented and asked me to send back the item. I never received a refund after numerous requests and emails. The owner has no character and shouldn’t be in business. Don’t gamble your money as her clothes are too expensive to receive this kind of customer service.
