Prices keep rising, service keeps dropping. For what this salon charges, the hygiene standards are shockingly low. Funny how the manager is always available to take your money, but nowhere to be found when you have concerns. Not worth it.

I left this salon with a painful eye infection that caused weeks of suffering and serious emotional distress. No one should leave an appointment fearing for their health. What made this even more upsetting was the complete lack of concern shown by management — the manager simply did not care. The lack of hygiene and accountability is alarming. Please learn from my experience and stay far away.

Best eyelash and brow salon, I have had amazing experiences in all locations. Staff are friendly and my lashes and brows always look incredible after. The organic lash lift is my favourite! So gentle and lifting.

I went for a lash lift and tint at the Shoreditch branch the day before my honeymoon as I had seen excellent results on their Instagram. My lashes came away tinted and lifted (badly), however by the time I got home, they looked terribly damaged and like horrible crinkly spiders legs - I realised that a lot of the adhesive had been left on and my eyelashes were stuck to my eyelids. The chemicals had most likely been left on too long and not removed properly.
After emailing, I was kindly offered a fix treatment despite mentioning I was already on my honeymoon and therefore not possible. When asking for a refund, I was told they couldn’t offer that as the lashes had been lifted and tinted as per the treatment.
After emailing again 16 days after the treatment, with a photo showing the state of my lashes, and suggesting that the staff would be unhappy if they were to get the same results, I was finally offered a 50% refund.
It’s been a very expensive price to pay for vanity, thank goodness for sunglasses.
It’s now been 25 days since having the treatment and my eyelashes are still a mess!!! Wearing mascara highlights the state of them - not great going into the festive season!
Visit the salon with caution.

I visited the Shoreditch branch last month and had eyelash extensions done by the lovely Carolayne. I had managed to get a last minute appointment after my usual lash place let me down just before my holiday.

I have had lashes from several different places in the last few years and I must say this is the best set I’ve ever had done. I absolutely loved the look of them, and Carolayne was so gentle that I actually slept through the whole appointment. After over a month of having them on I still have lots left on, can’t believe how long they lasted despite having a 10 day beach holiday with lots of swimming!
I am looking forward to getting a new set soon from Jiemao!

Eyelash Extensions- inexperienced technicians
I certainly will not be visiting here again. My lashes have never fallen out quicker ever before.

It is a total con here with inexperienced staff working here.

My technician at Shoreditch was happy to recommend an extended eyelash treatment that falls short of any expectation, but costs more than any other places.

Terrible service and customer service. My lashes looked exactly the same after my £85 lash and lift treatment which I immediately flagged and you have not offered to rectify the issue by correcting the treatment to have satisfactory results. I have chased and chased and been blocked on instagram because they couldn't handle bad reviews. I’ve never experience such a disappointing service and treatment.

Have been a client for 2 years and the quality of service has gone down over the last 6 months. Was getting Russian volume 5D-9D refills/ new sets every month (charging £180 for new set and £108 for fill-ins). While the service was worth it a year ago because of the quality of their work, I have been unhappy with results on a few
recent visits. There’s new staff on regular basis - seems turnover is high and there is big variation in service depending on the beautician providing the service. Some of the beauticians I preferred are not stationed at the Shoreditch branch often enough for me to get an appointment in

I went for organic lift lashes. Paid 100£. The result: technician forgot to lift the edge of my right eye. Also my right eye is not lifted like the left one. However my lashes are not really lifted they are slightly curved but just slightly. Funny thing I already left a feedback but it has been removed ...🤔 They offered me to repite the treatment again. Seems they are offering to repeat the treatment to all the people who are leaving bad reviews and I guess because they know your lashes can't undergo for a second treatment few days later so you are probably going to refuse it. So my advice ...DONT GO THERE apart you are sharing the small room with another clients 🤦

I had the Organic Lash & Brow Lift at both the Shoreditch and Marylebone sites, which were both amazing. So natural, no funny smell from the chemicals and it lasts quite a while. The staff at both sites are amazing, so professional and friendly, would totally recommend to friends and family and will certainly be returning.

I will never use this Stoke Newington salon again. Half of my lashes fell out less than 24hrs after they were applied. I was offered a complimentary appointment to fix them, however it was stipulated that it must be within 4 days of the initial appointment. I turned up for my appointment and the salon was shut. I was then refused a refund and so have had to pay £108 for useless lashes and now have to have them removed elsewhere. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never received an apology and was made to feel as though the whole thing was my fault. They then told Treatwell that the refund wasn’t issued because I didn’t turn up for my complimentary appointment. I am appalled at this salon for lying to Treatwell and highly recommend you go somewhere else!!!

Lovely salon, great service. I got my eyebrows laminated and am very happy with the result. Will definitely rebook.

Second time i've had my organic lash lift with Giorgia in Shoreditch and it's even better than the first time! I'm amazed again by the result and even more so by how long it lasts..i couldn't recommend this salon more. Looking forward to trying out brows treatment too..i'm certainly gonna become a regular here

I’ve been coming to Jiemao for over 2 years and it’s been lovely every time. They always know how I like my lashes to be done and they get them perfect every time. The service is great and the ladies are friendly and welcoming.
