The entire order went wrong

The entire order went wrong, took a week when I clearly paid for same day shipping! I was refunded my shipping cost but the prints were lost for 7 days and sent numerous emails, with no response until the 5th day! Ordered my prints Friday the 22nd, just received them today the 29th, hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

I received the T-shirts today

I received the T-shirts today, and they look absolutely fantastic, in terms of quality and design! I will be ordering more very soon. I wanted to see how they looked before ordering a lot at once.

couldn't upload the correct artwork

I uploaded the artwork and paid. I realized I sent the wrong file and wanted to reupload the correct file and could not cancel or send the new file. it was literally 5 minutes after I ordered it. your customer service is very poor.
