We took our 2017 Elantra in for an oil change. There were NO noises when we took it in. As soon as my son drove off a loud knocking sound developed. We pulled over to check the oil (I thought maybe the cap was off od something) they had severely overfilled. We took it back and the manager tried to convince us it was fine and finally admitted it was overfill and let some out. The knocking was getting louder. I said it wasn't doing this when we drove it in. He advised my son to drive it into a pond and collect insurance. They will not take any responsibility, less than 20 miles later the engine blew and they won't return complain emails or phone calls. We have professionals saying the overfill and engine cleaner they put in caused the damage but Jiffy lube is stonewalling us. Oh and we realized they sent us with someone else's receipt. We went back to get ours and they gave us a copy (apparently didn't know where original was). Conveniently the back of original receipt says it has to be in our possession for warranty on the work they did

The staff were very nice.Did a good job on my vehicle.Only thing is...my radiator fluid was empty. When i got home i popped the hood & looked & saw it was empty.Even though this is my fault the fluid was dangerously low, i feel they should of told me & gave me the option to fill it while in the shop.If i didn't look myself, can you imagine the damage to my vehicle?That's why we take our cars to get an oil change in the first place, to also have them check the car out.They cleaned the windows, the carpets, & were extremely nice ppl & a joy to speak to. I just wish they told me.I will be more careful next time, to make sure i fill up the antifreeze & not make this mistake again.

In March 2020 took my van to Jiffy Lube at Indian River Blvd., Edgewater, Fl for an oil change. I called First to see if they would and had available an oil drain plug for my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Spoke to Jason he informed me that they did and would replace my drain plug on oil pan. After ⛏️ ng up Jason came out, I asked if he replaced plug, he stated yes mamn we sure did. I took him at his word. DUMMIE I AM. UPON arriving in NYS I Needed oil changed and took to local shop where they informed me that Not Only Did they Not Replace Plug, but chances are I May Want entire pan and gasket replaced. As whomever tried removing plug used a hammer an chisel. Major damage occurred. So beware if you don't know who your dealing with AND MAKE SURE YOU 2 nd guess everything.

I live in Santa Fe, but I drive to the Jiffy Lube in Pojoaque to get my oil changed. I love them! The place is clean and inviting and the people are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Best of all, I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes. My last visit was at 4:00 on a Saturday and I sat in my car for 5 minutes before being guided into the workshop. The mechanics are focused and well organized. Other places have had a wait of up to an hour and the atmosphere was manic and chaotic.
Getting my car’s oil changed isn’t something I really look forward to, but at least, going to the Jiffy Lube in Pojoaque is quick and painless! That’s a real compliment!

Had to take my car to the dealership after this jiffy lube changed my oil. They didn’t clean my car properly or tighten my oil drain plug. I had massive oil leak and am fortunate that I noticed before my car engine was ruined.

Jiffy Lube will take no responsibility for their negligence. BEWARE!!! I went for an oil change and now I’m stuck with a bill due to their lack of professionalism. I was told manager would be in contact with me nobody has made an effort!

Went to Jiffy Lube on Ogden ave is Westmont,Il. and I will NEVER go to another Jiffy Lube again.I was charged $106.83 for 5 quarts of oil and a filter,nothing else.I had a $10 online coupon but they said they could not apply it because the internet was down,but it was working to charge my debit card.No windows were cleaned,and only the tires on the drivers side got checked for air pressure,oil was spilled on my engine but not wiped off,just all around sloppy work for an outrageous price.The technicians were all wearing masks ,which was appropriate because I feel I got robbed.My local Chevy dealer does an oil and filter change,vehicle inspection,and tire rotation fo $60,thought Jiffy lube would be cheaper for just an oil change,but I was wrong,won't make that mistake ever again.

This review is for the Jiffy Lube located at 7101 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 2106. I needed to have my car looked at to ensure it was running properly and the staff looked at my car right away. They were helpful and professional. I highly recommend using their services.

I son took my truck to Jiffy Lube in Industrial Blvd in Euless TX to have oil change but they charged my arm and legs for oil change. I would give this place a zero star if I could. They have lost a new customer for life not only myself but my entire family. I would go back to the dealer for the service from now on.Bad and dishonest business .

I went into the North Ogden Jiffy Lube to have an emissions test and I was in a hurry but the technician was taking his time. I decided to leave for an appointment and he flagged my truck to the county health department. I tried to get emissions completed elsewhere while I was at my appointment and when coming out of that appointment the technician at a different shop told me that they could not do the emissions due to my truck being flagged. I called the manager on duty (assistant manager) at the North Ogden shop to express my dismay and he said my leaving early was fishy and they had to prevent people from getting passed who shouldn't pass so they turned me in. This is really wrong thinking on your store's part. First, you cannot fake an emissions with all of the checks this state does on all emission technicians and sites. Second, I have been going to this shop and Farr West shop for my oil changes and emissions for about five years even though I am very capable of doing oil changes myself. Lorin was the manager that I truly loved dealing with because she took care of her clients especially veterans, but she is no longer there and it shows. I have no desire to return to a Jiffy Lube again after this incident.

I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Clinton, TN for an oil change. Everything was fine except when the guy said to me, you're all set. The only thing that I can see is that you need front wipers. We have them for 39.95 (not 100% sure the price he quoted me). So, I said well that's funny, I put new ones on it 2 weeks ago and I had put new ones on it. He just said oh, ok.

I just think that's a terrible thing to do to try to make an extra buck. Won't be going back if that's how they treat people.

Just love these guys in Costa Mesa!! They're very honest they will tell you when you don't need a service. They've always been very honest with me. Guess I could go to a regular auto mechanic, but these guys have always been very fair and honest and that's what keeps me coming back. Keep up the good work!!

I went to Jiffy Lube to work on my brakes. After a total of 4 visits, the problems were still not corrected. The ABS light went on only after going to Jiffy Lube. The regional manager refused to even consider my concerns unless I provided documentation from another mechanic agreeing they used the wrong parts, the parts were installed incorrectly, and they did not complete all of the work I paid for. He did nothing for me! They do not stand behind their work, and did nothing but attempt to rush me out.

Car was neglected, revved because they were playing with my sports car (before the oil change). Parked my new car outside in the rain with the windows rolled down causing the interior to get wet. I warn ALL my friends and everyone I meet to NEVER go to Jiffy Lube. Never hated a company as much as them.
