I love the products- AMAZING quality Gin the best I have tried, but what makes this company outstanding is the customer service. There was a small issue with one of my orders (Not the fault of J&T ) They were responsive to all communication and resolved the issue for me swiftly. I have every confidence in them as a brand through and through and I am now a loyal customer

I bought the Mediterranean G&T survival pack for a friend and they were over the moon. Beautiful gin, and a varied selection of tonic. This is the second time I've bought one as a gift now, both times rave reviews - I need to get one for myself!

My husband received a gift set from Jim and Tonic for his 40th birthday. The gin Mercato is fantastic and the set also comes with 15 tonics to choose from, it's a brilliant present. The customer service from the company has been outstanding, a couple of the tonic bottles had broken in transit and we let the company know. The courier hadn't made them aware of this. Jim and Tonic immediately sent us a whole replacement set which was a lovely surprise. The company got back to us straight away when we contacted them. We're looking forward to ordering from the company in future, I would definitely recommend this to other customers.

The Roobee rhurbarb gin is a definite winner. Really enjoyed it with the different tonics as part of the G&T survival kit. The pre mixed smokey Bloody Mary was delicious too and perfect for zoom brunches. Can’t wait to order the Mediterranean gin next!

Can’t rave enough about this product or the service. Have sent the gift boxes several times, a different gin & matching range of tonics plus mixing ideas to suit particular tastes... all recipients delighted and converted to J&T. Delicious, quality products, cool packaging, quick delivery... all faultless... Good communication in terms of tracking your order plus quick personalised responses to enquiry emails. Truly a premium brand at ridiculously good prices.

Jim and Tonic are fab! They have been amazing during lockdown - fast delivery and always with a smile! Their Gin is delicious - currently have a bottle of the Roobee and Mercato on the go and will be ordering the Kraft soon to try that too!
