Order a tumble dryer on the 26 of June said it would be delivered on the 3rd of July never turned up I have to wait till the 18th of July start to get my money back used a debit card my bank said it won't be a problem
Totally agree with the other reviews. I ordered a freezer from them and was given a tracking number. This appeared to work ok until the proposed delivery date, then both sites collapsed.
Have applied to me credit card company for a refund.

I ordered a Hotpoint WM 27th June 24. Due for delivery 03/07/24, nothing received, website does Not connect, delivery agent website doesnt connect.. Having just read other blogs I am convinced this is a scam company, have reported to my CC company. Do not trust a resolution here and suggest report to Action Fraud.. Nick
Ordered a fridge freezer on 21st June got a confirmation email next day and haven’t heard a thing since. Server down, can’t reach them and no updates about delivery which was meant to be 3rd July and nothing! I’m sick to my stomach
Beware if using this site. I ordered a washing machine from them that was charged to my CC but never arrived. Link to site and tracking of order now doesn't work, no response to emails.

Do not use this company,it is a complete scam,payed and ordered a fridge freezer,was told a delivery date and it never turned up ,tried to email and track it but guess what the website now does not exist,contacted my credit card and luckily have a refund, I will now only use reputable companies. It is not worth it to save money,when something is too good to be true it's because it is.
I placed an order with them on 20th of June waiting for a fridge I have have emailed them to see when delivery is they answered all is ok but no date
