Great service, on time and friendly
This was our first experience of JimGO taxis. Really impressed with the service. Booked a trip from home to the airport - on time, lovely chap, smooth journey. Trip home - our flight was delayed and we didn't get home till the early hours but Jim made sure he was there to pick us up and take us home. Helped us with our luggage too. Would definitely recommend

Flawless trip with Jim Go from wooler to Cramlington
We had Jim’s help to run us down to the hospital in Cramlington to visit granny. We booked on short notice the day two days in a row and Jim was kind enough to fit us in. He was prompt and arrived exactly in time as booking . Great service and excellent conversation, treated us to some lovely tunes on the way too, honestly made visiting it a sick relative a little bit more bearable as he was so warm and friendly. Highly
recommend and will certainly book him again!
