Quick delivery, great quality- brilliant Xmas present for my son

Came across this site through Google, order came quickly and is fantastic thank you.

Very poor customer service. Order cancelled 8 days after original order was placed. No offer of alternative or apology. Still waiting on refund.

Absolutely will never buy from them again. Terrible customer service and the pjs I ordered - a size medium, the bottoms were like a size 16-18. I may as well put them in the bin. Grace at customer service wasn’t interested- they have never heard of the term goodwill. Obviously not bothered for repeat customers. Save your money and buy your pjs elsewhere

Awful customer service, had an email to say order was being processed, then suddenly received a refund, no explanation email.
Had to email twice before getting a response and then received a short reply of goods out of stock!
First and last time of ordering from this company.

Ordered Pink dressing Gown, Received Brown one, which smelled of perfume, No Reply from company, Cheap and tacky

Absolutely would not order again. I ordered and returned an item over a month ago and no refund received. Absolutely scam

This eventually got resolved after 6 emails before having to mention I was passing it all over to my lawyer.

Great pj's my grandson love's me, especially they have been personalised with his name.

I’ve emailed twice with a query and no response. I can’t see any other way of contacting other than their online form which is ignored. How do you resolve an order issue? You clearly don’t!

Ordered pjs and dressing gown. Lovely dressing gown but pjs damaged on first day the buttons fell off.
The reason they are getting a 1 star as I have emailed them around 3/4 times trying to get this resolved with photos and received no response.
In addition I emailed on Instagram they replied asking if it had been resolved, to which I replied no and they saw and ignored, messaged again and they read and ignored.
Paid £40 for some damaged pjs, bad customer service
Ignored numerous customer emails I then contacted them on Instagram which eventually after hounding them they came back to me and sent me some new pjs and they did personalise them with my initials one which is sweet.
Due to horrendous customer service 3 stars.

My granddaughter will love these pjs
