650 pounds Wedding shoes fell apart after 4 hours of wearing them indoors and me the bride was walking on screws for the rest of my wedding day!!! Disgusting!!!

My Husband bought me 650 pounds wedding shoes. Shoes were worn on my wedding day only inside the manor house with wooden floors and carpets. Just 4 hours later the inner sole has almost melted and i was walking on screws on my wedding day! For the rest of the wedding i was inside and out of the manor house walking mainly on the grass and wood, the outer sole is so worn that it looks like i've been clubbing in those shoes for weeks! Jimmy Choo customer service agreed the shoes are badly worn after just one day of wearing them and even thought they agreeing with me they are still only willing to replace the inner sole! Seems like every review on trustpilot is the same, shoes are falling apart after just one day of use! They got no explanation why they wont replace the shoes or give us a refund! Absolutely disgusting service from Jimmy Choo! Vile Company!!! Jimmy Choo family should take their business back to Malaysia as UK expects better standards than this!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!

I have ordered a pair of shoes from this website. I haven't received any confirmation of the order but my bank account was charged 2 days later with the full amount. After repeated 3 emails to the merchant (I couldn't find a tel. number to call on their website) and a threat to cancel my order I finally received a response giving me reasons for delay.

To make a long story short, I have received the so called "Jimmy Choo" pair of shoes... The delivery box showed a sender written in CHINESE and the content said "gift". Now to the product itself: I have never in my life seen a product that is THAT FAKE!!! Imagine a shoe which parts are glued together so badly that you can see traces of glue everywhere. The material was not even leather, the shoe wasn't the right colour, right print, the packaging was nothing like the original Jimmy Choo shoe box. They didn't even bother attaching the label to the insole properly.

Lesson learned for me is to stay away from companies offering shoe brands like Jimmy Choo for the price below £100, especially the criminals sitting behind jimmychoo4uk.com

I have required a full refund and an address to where to return the rubbish they have sent me.
