On 25th May

On 25th May, we went to Jimmy’s at the O2 Arena for my niece’s birthday lunch. Unfortunately, the service we received was very disappointing and showed a lack of care and professionalism.

We had pre-booked the table and informed the restaurant in advance that it was my niece’s birthday and that we wanted to surprise her with a cake. We were assured that the staff would help arrange the surprise. However, when I brought the cake and handed it to a front desk staff member, they refused to take it and told me, “It’s the waitress’s duty, not mine.”

Later, one waitress came over and asked my niece directly for her name, even though the name was already clearly written on the cake box. She brought the cake out alone, while the other staff members showed no interest in joining or making the occasion special. It honestly felt like they did not care about us at all.

Previously, I attended a birthday celebration there with some of my European colleagues, and the treatment and atmosphere were completely different. This time, the experience was poor from start to finish.

On top of that, the food quality was not good, the selection was very limited, and charging £25 per person plus drinks was simply not worth the money.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to others.

We went to Jimmys 02 yesterday for a birthday and Sweta who served us made us feel at home and he did her best to make sure we are comfortable. Sweta was ever smiling and her serve was top nouche.

They will never see me back again!!

The food is quite good but the overall experience was terrible!

I already came to Jimmys many times, the overall experience it’s like not attractive, but the place is convenient and they have a variety buffet, not amazing but worth the price

But today the experience was terrible, starting by the receptionist that was strict in her answers, 0% polite and 100% rude, only single words, no smile in the face. Answers must be polished to not cause costumers insatisfaction. It was a friends party, if not, I would left the place immediatly. But for sure this will be the last time on this place and never more refer it to anybody.

After the first guest arrives the booking time start to count.

There is no waiting room with chairs, my wife was sick and we had to go downstairs and wait out of the restaurant while te other party mattes arrives.

If they manage the customers like this, how does it goes with employees?

This party (15people) was booked here because my referral, I asked apologies to all by this bad experience

Quality and menu choice have gone…

Quality and menu choice have gone downhill since our first visits in 2017 and 2019. Extremely limited menu choice. Years ago , one would be spoilt for choice - not anymore. More fried food than anything else. The steamed shredded duck was soggy. Only one choice of noodles and rice. have atopped recommending the place to friends. Popular items are rationed- even fresh fruit. We visited Saturday afternoon. Very disappointed. JRC Global and Cosmo are much better- more choice.

This restaurant is bad

This restaurant is bad, the food here is not good, it is a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, the customer service is also bad, there is no test in the Indian food, there is no test in the food item, the customer wait in line for 2 hours. When the customer calls, the customer does not answer the call, the toilet is also bad, my experience in this restaurant is the worst.

The meals were tasty

The meals were tasty, the was option of adding extra spice 🌶 to your meals if you want to.Te location of the place is easily assessed,very close to train station. The staff were very nice from the reception to everywhere person in the house.
We had a reservation for 10-12 persons for birthday celebration and marriage engagement.
Our waiter was Natalie,she was very professional,appears friendly and helpful,she served us well,with a smiling face,she delivered our drinks orders in time and didn't make any mistake or mix up our drinks 😉, I would rate her 5 star staff

Don't go unless you want a lousy meal

Previously when we visited Jimmy's in December 2019 my Daughter & I had an excellent meal with plenty of choice of good quality food. Staff were clean & tidy & smartly dressed .
NOT so last night when we went back expecting the same again. The place has totally changed - for the worse.
Very poor choice of food of bad quality. The worse buffet meal I have ever had.
Beef too tough to chew in a watery saucy that didn't taste like Oyster or Black bean.
Chicken was dry & tasteless.
Curry sauces very thin, most food was cold.
Staff looked scruffy & only a few in uniform, some had not even bothered to iron their shirts.
I know the prices were cheaper than 2019 but I would willingly paid more than before for an edible meal.
To cap it all, today I have an upset stomach.
Definitely a place I will never visit again

The food tasted fresh

The food tasted fresh, but very basic in terms of flavour. A very busy environment. Service was good and prompt. Decent price and and decent amount of options. All food was halal too.
