Sold me expired Beer--Avoid

Ordered a case of Messina Italian beer. Beer arrived early November and was already expired. I enquired by e-mail and no reply was received. My first and last time ordering from this shop.

Been using Jim's Cellars for years

I have been ordering from Jim's over many years and always for interstate purchases, they have been consistently reliable and delivered exactly what i wanted with ample best before date, i have been left feeling confident & very happy with the service. Thanks Jim's Cellars!

Poor communication and delivery service

Order two bottles from Jim's Cellars, the delivery took 10 days to be shipped from Sydney to Adelaide (I have had quicker shipping from China!). I was then informed by the courier that the product had been damaged an I had to make contact with Jim's Cellars ... We are now on day two with no contact. I tried their online chat which apparently is available from 8am ... Errr nope! Message received sorry we are not online yet someone will contact you by email .... Guess I won't hold my breath!.

Extremely poor service, I won't be using them again.

Shady guys, shady business

Jim's Cellars sent me the wrong bottles in my order. I emailed them, after 5 days I still had received no response. I called - some guy said someone would come and exchange them for the right bottled. No one turned up, so obviously the guy just outright lied to me on the phone to get me off the phone. Absolutely shady guys and business - will never buy from them again.

CAREFUL They sell expired products

CAREFUL! THEY SELL EXPIRED PRODUCTS!
I have ordered the beer online from Jim's Cellars.
It's arrived expired! By Australian law, it's illegal to sell expired products
They never replied to my e-mails or messages

Short supply

Ordered one liter of Danish Jubilaeums Akvavit. Received 0.7 liter. No response to emails. Don't go there.

Very disappointing service

I ordered online an alcohol gift for my daughter in Sydney in early May 2020 from New Zealand, which was an easy process to undertake and pay for. However the order did not reach the recipient, despite leaving clear delivery instructions, and despite the tracking advice indicating it had been delivered. My daughter sent several emails querying the missing order and I also asked for a response from the company, but as yet we have had not replies to any of our communications. I am very disappointed in the service from Jim's Cellars and due to the unresolved issues I cannot recommend this online business to others.
