Santa Claus with Baby Jesus

The figure of Santa Claus kneeling in front of the Holy Infant Jesus is a treasured addition to my home Christmas decorations. I am extremely satisfied. This is not my first Jim Shore aquisition and surely not the last. I will surely not put it away after the Festive Season but put it on permanent display.

Fantastic customer service

Ordered an ornament that, due to no fault of Jim Shore, arrived broken from transit. They received my email on the 23rd of December which I thought meant no chance of a replacement arriving my Christmas. Jim Shore went out of their way to ensure a new ornament was dispatched immediately on next day service to arrive by 12 noon on Christmas eve. Fantastic service and the ornament looks fantastic. Highly recommend them.

Excellent response

We encountered a problem with one of our orders which was damaged but the company dealt with it in a very professional manner. Their customer service is excellent. We look forward to buying from them again

Delivery service

Very disappointed with delivery service which appears to be inconsistent. Last order arrived within a few days but this item was sent out on May 7th and today May15th it still has not been delivered. The tracking system is a farce as there seem to be no updates. Star refers to this delivery system on this occasion only. Goods received are usually of great quality & customer service generally is also very good.

Bad/ not delivered from 21/1/2024 order

No English communication for English speakers. Sent email complaint of non-delivery in English and received email response in French which did not address the issue. Ordered 21/1/2024 but not received yet 30/1/2024. Last tracking info 23/1/2024
