This place is a complete scam. It has been over two months and I have not received even shipping confirmation. I’ve tried to contact customer service a number of times but they do not respond with anything other than we will send you a confirmation when it ships.

The company is the worst I have ordered from. It has been 4 months (ordered November 18,2022) and I have still not received my package or any items. I have been patient because small businesses take longer to ship. But it should not be taking 4 months to ship my package. I have emailed the customer care every week because they are slow at responses. I only received one email back with them telling me to “check my tracking number and send a picture of it back to them”. It has been another week and they still haven’t gotten to me. Again horrible online clothing service to order from.

I ordered 3 items and more than likely will never receive them. I am about to file a BBB complaint and an complaint with my states Department of Consumer Protection so the company is not allowed to do business in our state. BEWARE: THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOU AND NOT SHIP, THEN THEY WILL IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND.
Like many others, I placed my order in November 2022. 4 out of 5 items shipped. It is now March 2023, and I still did not get the last item, but they charged me for it. I contacted them in February 2023 asking for a refund since it is now 3 months and I havent gotten the item. Initially, I got a reply saying they will refund me. Now another month and a half, I still did not get my refund nor my item. I have tried contacting them again on three other occasions, and still no response. This company will charge you upfront for items and if they don't ship, they won't respond to your emails nor would they refund you. Essentially, they will steal your money.
Side note, my opinion is that they will try to delay your claim until too long has passed for you to dispute the charge. The other thing is, if they steal a small amount, they would hope customers won't bother to go through the dispute process for it. This company is NOT trustworthy at all.

Never received anything after placing order on March 16.
Ordered two months ago - STILL WAITING.
Placed a large order over 8 weeks ago for a dance performance. My account still says ‘awaiting shipment’ with NO RESPONSE to any of over 5 emails, and nobody answers the phone.
Had previously ordered two items from them so I thought it was trustworthy, but even then - they say items are returnable, yet don’t answer emails requesting the required Return authorization - so I was stuck with an extra $100 outfit that didn’t fit. Now after spending over a thousand dollars on this large order two months ago, I will have to dispute the charge due to not receiving any of the items.
