Changing our office phone system to…

Changing our office phone system to Jive was easy. The salesperson, Chambrey Willis is very clear about everything. Chambrey is the reason I decided to go with Jive out of all the phone companies out there. She was always available to answer all my questions and give me the information I needed to make a good decision. The initial startup did not go as smooth as I hoped. The phones were not connecting when they were supposed to and I was put on hold with the helpline for over 45 minutes. I did not get through until after hours and had to stay late to get the phones working. The tech person had to connect the IP addresses of each phone and this took some time. I suggest having a tech person call on startup day to make sure everything is working properly, instead of the customer having to call and wait a long time to get through. This is the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Pretty Solid Service

I've had a few excellent customer service calls with Jive. Our needs for the Jive system are relatively simple, so I can't speak to some of the robust functionality offerings. I feel like we pay a very fair price for the service we receive. The admin portal is pretty solid - it could be a bit more intuitive, but the knowledge base/help center is helpful when you need to connect the dots. Overall, a pretty solid tool.

Jive Makes Admin Easy!

Jive makes administration of our company's phone system a breeze. They have a Jive Customer Center with training videos, how-to articles and you can ask questions there. You may also get support from their phone number. They are always quick to respond and understanding their instructions is simple, even for a non-tech savvy person like myself. Always professional, always courteous. We are a small company, but I can see so many things that would benefit very large companies as well. I really appreciate what Jive can do and how they do it!

Very hands on with help

Very hands on with help. I never have to puzzle my way through a problem. A live person is always available to walk me through each step. They are pro-active in trouble shooting potential issues as well.

Great Customer Service

Jive has always been very responsive to my calls. Their customer service is top notch. We have had a few issues with our phones, but they have always been resolved quickly.
