Overall Jive Communications has worked…

Overall Jive Communications has worked well for our needs, although we have ran into issues with networking ports which lead to some phone issues. Through these issues Jive was able to provide support, which was generally helpful.
We would have liked to have know about the some of the network recommendations before deciding to use Jive.

We've have had a couple weird issues

We've have had a couple weird issues, like the phones ringing but none of the extensions could pickup, and lines blinking on hold but the line couldn't be picked up. Also, sometimes more than one caller are on a single line, making it difficult to pick up the call you want. Better than Ring Central, and waaay better than Vonage.

We and our users like jive

We and our users like jive. We have been costumer of jive may be 3 or more years with 8 location and 180+ users. only thing is for admin it is not centralize to any thing about jive user setting (Like where user forwarded his calls, ETC...) i have been admin of AVAYA system more then 8 years but their system is more Admin friendly that Jive. Jive need more work to make it easy for admins.

Very Happy

Very responsive during implementation and service has been great. I am also guessing they will continue to develop new features in the years ahead.

Usually help is very good

Usually help is very good. Most issues get solved with the first phone call. Company needs the ability to replace legacy pots lines on legacy equipment.

Awesome product

Awesome product, awesome support.
Did not know of Jive Communications when we switched to VOIP service some 18 months ago, but have experienced very high quality voice service and feature rich portal for do-it-yourself day-to-day management. And a very professional and efficient support to implement changes / improvements or clarify issues.

Jive has worked out well for me

Jive has worked out well for me. Any time I've had to speak to a representative, they are nice and knowledgeable. The service is affordable and does what I need it to do. I will recommend Jive to anyone that needs an affordable business phone system!
