⚠️ WARNING — PKR 2,000 Paid, Not Credited, and Support Keeps Delaying

I strongly recommend that people be extremely careful before depositing money with JJ77.com.
I made two successful payments of PKR 1,000 each — PKR 2,000 in total:
PKR 1,000 — 14 September 2026 at 11:38 PM
PKR 1,000 — 15 September 2026 at 7:23 AM
I have the original payment receipts and transaction references as evidence.
After the payments, the money was not credited to my account. I immediately contacted their online support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly told to wait 0–2 hours. I contacted them again and again, but I still did not receive a proper resolution.
I clearly asked them to either credit my PKR 2,000 or refund my full amount, but they continued giving me the same type of response.
I have screenshots of both successful payments and the complete support conversation. The payments were made to the bank account details provided for the transaction, so I expect JJ77.com to explain exactly where my money went.
This is completely unacceptable. PKR 2,000 is my money, and I expect it to be returned or credited immediately.
I am posting this review to warn other users about my experience. Do not ignore payment issues, and always keep your receipts and chat records.
JJ77.com: Refund my PKR 2,000 or credit it to my account. I expect a proper resolution, not another request to wait.
