Ordered an item from their store Nov of 2022 and never received it.

Contacted them many times. They got back to me around 8 months after ordering and said it was processed and they'd update me again, that was the last I heard from them so it'd been about 18 months now.

Wasn't aware of the reviews before I ordered until now and after receiving my order I can't say I'm too impressed the quality is absolutely terrible and can tell it's cheaply made and the site doesn't give you any tracking nor a return address should you wish to send it back.

Payed $40 for a supposed ''Offical'' Jojo hoodie which from the moment you take it out the bag you can tell it's just poorly printed onto an extremely cheap and thin hoodie.

Will not be using again.

I ordered a pair of Dio vs Kujo Jotaro swim trunks in size 2X around the end of May/beginning of June. I didn't receive any sort of information on being able to track my product, so after a month of waiting, I emailed asking where my package was at. No response whatsoever. Then fnally, after waiting all summer, they've arrived... colourful swim trunks (that are in fact not Jojo themed) that are too small for me to wear. Terrible experience.

Buyer Beware! Ordered a Christmas Sweater in Nov. I got a confirmation email, but did not hear anything for a month. Sent an email asking for an update. They said they would check with their warehouse and get back to me in 24-48 hrs, that was 11 days ago. Scam Business, stay away.

fake firm, did not receive any information after cashing my money on november 23th. No reaction on e mails, no tracking info.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! So Mad at myself for not reading reviews before I purchased!!! Awful experience.

I used their website twice. The first time I bought a t-shirt, and the second (and last time), I bought two posters. Here's my t-shirt experience:
The quality and print were nice, but when I tried to track the order on their website, it said that "the order number is not in existence", or something to that degree, so I thought I got scammed. And when I tried to contact the website, there was no way of doing so. They do have a contact form on the site, but it's absolutely useless. But luckily my t-shirt arrived, but the waiting experience was super scary.
On to my poster experience: The quality on both the posters was utter garbage. The print was close to transparent and super grainy, and the poster backgrounds were for some reason brown? I was super disappointed. At least the waiting process wasn't as scary this time because I knew I would receive my items, but damn. The quality was super poor for the posters.

I see a lot of people saying this site is a scam. It is not. But it is not a typical US online buying experience. I bought a phone case in December and it finally showed up in March. I had multiple email exchanges with them and I always got "We will send shipping information in 7-10 business days". Which sort of became a joke at some point. After ten days I would email them again and get told "7-10 business days" again. This went on for a couple of months. At some point I realized I was dealing with an overseas store. I asked them if they were overseas and they did not answer but it was starting to remind me of the time I bought some handlebars for a motorcycle restoration out of Thailand (it took months and the box showed up looking like it had been attacked by wild animals).

But the case did show up. And the shipping shows it came out of China. Though I have lived overseas on a couple of occasions and work with people all over the world so I am aware that business expectations are different in different places in the world (many shops in Spain should post their hours as 'when open').

So yeah. Not a scam. But not a typical US online buying experience where you get tracking information before the item has even left the building. And the communication is poor and sometimes misleading. Though their English is better than my Chinese.

And patience will be needed.

Total scam! Before you place an order read their T&C's and see if it makes any sense. It's incoherent, probably copy and paste job. It's ghost company selling poor quality garments. The packing arrives with no return address or contact details. There is no tags on clothing and the hoodie I ordered definitely is not made of cotton but polyester. AVOID! They are not replying to emails, apparently they only way you can contact them. Shocking

Definitley a scam, DO NOT USE!!! I purchased an item from the store, when i asked for order updates they said that i never bought anything with them and infact i had used a fake site instead. ive seen other people experience this too. Being gaslighted by scammers isnt fun, stay safe and do not buy from them!

They will also change their website name often so if you see the shop with a different name its still them, so dont think youve dound the legit one. Because there isnt a legit one.

I bought 3 items: t-shirt, hoodie and 1 gift box here. Everything's fine. Good product quality. Ships about 15 days. I am quite pleased with them.

Ordered in June, didn't get it by end of July contacted them. They said they didn't have the order on the system. I sent a screen shot of the email. They then emailed saying it wasn't thier website which it was and that is where I got the email from! Not seen the item or recieved a refund total scam.

DO NOT USE THIS 'BUISNESS' I order a medium sized order nearly a month ago and after that initial conformation I had no idea whether I was actually getting it or not I contacted them several times and I got no response. Currently in the refund process because I didn't get my order 0/10

I'm really unsure whether this is legit or not. You're paying directly into a personal gmail account and there has been a confirmation from paypal but not the store itself. Typos on the homepage too. Seems really suspicious.
